Though i did not get this book from Amazon.com, i got at a bookshop in my country,Nigeria while i was pregnant with my first child. i needed a guide and i just instinctively went for this particular one without any idea of its content. it happened that i made the best decision, this book is great.its is very detailed and helpful it was my best friend through my pregnancy.i recently borrowed a friend and she refused to return it until she put to bed, she said she could hardly put it down when she started reading it.now am recommending it to my pregnant friends.it contains almost every single details you experience through during pregnancy and also several tips on exercises,diets,doctors visits, symptoms,step by step details of the growing baby,role of the fathers,even personal experiences, pictures were also included.the list is endless.the best thing to do as a pregnant woman is to get a copy and you will never regret you did.
