I usually have a problem with books that have way too much information and not enough recipes, but this book is almost the opposite. This book has some okay recipes but absolutely no information about the ingredients or their healthy or possibly unhealthy effects on people with certain conditions. Not a book for smoothie beginners or people who want to improve their health by changing their diets.
