Few actual snacks.,

This review is from: Healthy Snacks: Low Fat, Low Sugar, Low Sodium (Paperback)
Only about a fourth of the recipes are snacks. Most are for dishes served at regular meals. The recipes are designed to be easy for kids to make. Some of them sound like something only a kid could love as well such as the sleeping pickle sandwich which includes three whole dill pickles. Finally, some of the recipes actually call for salt so they may still have to be modified for those on extreme low sodium diets. All in all, though, it is a nice little book for those of us who have to eat a reduced EVERYTHING diet.
