These are great recipes that would normally be hard to get, since they all come from spas that keep their best stuff close to the vest. Well worth the price, to me.

I was just put one a diet by my girlfriend, and this book is full of wonderful recipes that she cooks for me daily! The mouth watering recipes make both of us want to take a spa trip!
