Please, do not be turned off by the title of this book... it isn't just HEALTHY recipes, it is about TASTY recipes, as well.

While this is not a cookbook I probably would not have looked at closely, I am sure glad I got it!

It has a wonderful mix of interesting dishes. In fact, just looking thru the Table of Contents, I found about 6 recipes I plan to pass on to the cook in our family: Chili Lime Avocados, Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, Gratin of Cauliflower and Gruyere, Roasted Carrots, Corn with Basil, and Cilantro Tabouli.

These are not the same old, same old *let's be healthy* granola recipes. These are interesting and sophisticated dishes, sure to appeal to cooks and foodies.

Good job, Lisa! Looking forward to Volume 2!

Of course I understand the benefits of Superfoods. But really, what does one do with an acai berry?

This delightful cookbook brings superfoods into my cupboard with real tasty recipes I can use, understand and enjoy. It's nice to know that I can feel good about cooking these recipes and know that I am optimizing my health in the process. Thanks!

This is a cool little cookbook with a whole bunch of delicious recipes. I recently started dieting again to get into shape for the summer so I was looking to get some healthy new ideas and this book really helped me out. Some of the recipes are more traditional, some are more creative and although I've tried only a couple so far, they were all super tasty. The ones I've tried were easy and quick dishes and most importantly, healthy!

Although I haven't tried any of the recipes, they sound as if they would be tasty, and the ingredients are healthful. I would be more likely to try them if I knew how many servings each recipe makes, and a nutritiional breakdown as to calories, protein, fat, carbs, etc.

There are some super recipes in this book - I was salivating as I read them, so leaped up and made a couple!

I would like to see two things in any future books:

1. Measurements in ounces and deg C as well as cups and deg F (However, a quick print out of a conversion table did the trick)

2. Ideas for what to serve the dishes up with (eg, with a roast, or with stewed apple) because I'm not familiar with all of them

The recipes are nice though, and simple to do, and that's what really counts, so I give this 5 stars.
