This book is the result of a grand scale research effort to determine the lifestyle habits of successful people. After surveying many wealthy men and women Krs Edstrom has deduced that a healthy lifestyle is essential to long term success in many sectors of our lives including business, family and over all well-being.

What makes the book an easy read and full of practical ideas is the pulling of many things together, especially the mind-body connection. It goes beyond exercise, or "you are what you eat" thinking to suggest that foremost we have to take care of ourselves before we can go about consistently taking care of other people and essential activities outside of ourselves. The book does a nice job of making easy connections and helping to figure out what will work for each individual. AK
