Runs along the same theme as the paleo diet, but this book is a little more extreme. if you have high cholesterol or a myriad of other ailments, there is a good chance they are being caused by the foods you eat. Following the reccomendations in this book you can easily lower your cholesterol and even reverse heart disease and artery build-up."
