5.0 out of 5 stars Love 'em
Thse little things are great. I've been "spreading my toes" as instructed in my yoga classes already, so these are pretty easy to get on dry. (The instructions mention that wetting them may ease the transition onto your toes). I pop them on at night, reading in bed, removing them before turing out the light. They are a gel material. 2.0 out of 5 stars so far just ok
I had high expectations for the Yoga Toes helping bunions. Although they do relax your feet, I have not (after 5 weeks) seen any change in the bunions...I'll keep hoping and using.

If a person's toes are tight, it is possible to just get these onto the tips of your toes. As your toes stretch and get used to wearing these, it's possible to move the stretchers lower in between your toes to maximize the stretching.
Don't try to walk in them. It's very uncomfortable and unstable.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Feet Feel so Much Better!, January 29, 2007
This review is from: HealthyToes Toe Stretchers, Small (Electronics)
I purchased my Yoga Toes upon recommendation from my physical Therapist. I wear them a few minutes in the morning and in the evening while relaxing. He told me definitely not to walk in them. Yoga Toes stretch and exercise my feet by just wiggling my toes a tiny bit while laying down or sitting in chair. I get a great feeling of relief and relaxation while resting with them on! Easy as pie to use. When I take them off and start walking I can feel more balanced in my walking. More of my foot is touching the ground.
Now I wish they would invent YOGA HANDS, for those tired stressed out hands.

The Yoga Toes Toe Stretcher is great. A bit uncomfortable to walk in but if you are sitting and relaxing I found this the best time to use. So many of shoe styles constrict our toes. It is a great exercise to stretch and spread the toes. My feet get me where I am going and I think it is very important to keep them fit. I find the Yoga Toes does really help with exercising my feet/toes. I think it will be helpful in preventing hammer toes too. A bit expensive for what they are, price should be closer to $20.

5.0 out of 5 stars Happy Feet Once Again!, September 11, 2008
This review is from: HealthyToes Toe Stretchers, Small (Electronics)
I just discovered these little wonders a few weeks ago and didn't realize they were sold on Amazon until just now. I bought the more expensive version straight from their website. But I decided to post my review here as well, to echo my comments that, much to my amazement, they really do work! I am confident that the ones sold here, based on all the other reviews, are just as good as the more expensive version.

I've worn mine for two weeks now, and I'm still amazed at how I can notice progress each day, not only in my toes becoming more aligned, but more importantly, the chronic foot pain diminishing more each day!

I use lotion just before and they slip right on with no problem. After the initial discomfort of the first few days subsided, I wanted to wear them longer than 10 - 15 minutes, but didn't like walking on my bare floors with bare feet (unless they have just been mopped), didn't like that the gel material "picks up everything" as others have said, and didn't like the sheets and blankets catching on them in bed, as I have also read about elsewhere. But I found a solution!

I had a pair of hospital booties tucked in a drawer for eons and dug them out. They are loose enough to fit perfectly, with room to spare, and they solve ALL of the problems! I don't have to worry about my bare feet getting dirty, the gel material picking up stuff, or sticking to the bed linens. So now I can wear them overnight, or for longer hours during the day, which I do, and the extra time has really helped to speed up the noticeable improvement in my toe alignment and diminishing foot pain.

I've bought some extra booties since then, and I keep one pair just for wearing to bed and another pair for walking around in. I hand-wash them every few days, and so far, they're holding up fine, but I do expect to have to dispose of them eventually. I've decided I can live with replacing the disposable booties once or twice a month for the extra convenience they ad. I'm pretty handy with a sewing machine, so I've also contemplated using the booties as a pattern and making my own machine-washable booties out of cheap (and comfy) flannel or something similar, which would be more economical.

I see from the reviews that, sadly, the toe stretchers haven't worked for everyone. But for the small investment, I would encourage you to go for it - there is a very high probability you will be just as amazed and happy as the rest of us! Good luck!

These feel very good while wearing, provided you are sleeping or you are sitting up--not walking with them on. Very easy to clean. The pain was noted as being markedly relieved after 1 week, however it wasn't immediate. Have patience and this product definitely makes a difference. It helps to actually flex your toes constantly while reading or watching t.v. for a few days, thereafter, just putting them on after a day at the office with those tight shoes, AAAAHHHHH. I also like to wear them while soaking in a long bath.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must For Dancers with Difficult Feet, January 8, 2008
This review is from: HealthyToes Toe Stretchers, Small (Electronics)
I've been dancing for nearly 10 years; my feet were always a problem because my toes weren't flexible enough to finish the required aesthetic line in ballet. Then I found Yoga Toes [the same product, just]from another site; I frequent Amazon much more than any other site.

I definitely recommend this for people with inflexible toes, problems with balance, even those with high arches - the toe stretchers will increase range of motion and dexterity in the feet. The toe stretchers have made a huge difference in my life as a whole, not just a dancer.

Her feet suffered from years of narrow shoes and standing long hours at work. She loves the Yoga Toes after trying different options that she researched. She was even considering surgery for her bunionette but these toe stretchers promote toes to return to their natural alignment. It seems to level the bunionette down enough to diminish rubbing from the shoe. Yoga Toes also increase blood circulation of the feet causing relief from pain after a long day standing. She loves them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Small problem - simple solution & I love my Yoga Toes!, August 30, 2008
This review is from: HealthyToes Toe Stretchers, Small (Electronics)
I've been amazed that Yoga Toes have actually helped my curling inward (comma shaped) hammer toes. Within a few days my feet felt sooooo much better and my toes were markedly straighter.... PROBLEM PROBLEM PROBLEM: After putting the wet Yoga Toes on, when I got into bed the bed sheets tended to pull them back off my toes. Just the slightest drag of the sheet prevented me from turning on my side.... SOLUTION: I keep two flimsy shower caps in my night stand. I slip them over my feet and now I can easily move around in bed. (These shower caps are the free-bees you are given in motels along with shampoo & soap.).... I paid $49.99 for my Yoga Toes and would gladly recommend them even at that price; but I see they are now considerably cheaper. Lucky you!!! I wear a woman's size 11 shoe and am very happy with the Yoga Toes womens "small". I'm not sure if a woman with a significantly smaller foot would find that size comfortable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!, April 26, 2008
This review is from: HealthyToes Toe Stretchers, Small (Electronics)
I saw an advertisement in the back of a magazine for a similar product and contacted the company. It was going to cost over $50. So I went onto Amazon and did a search and came up with a similar product for less money. I figured what the heck I would give it a try - you never know. I am extremely happy with Healthy Toes. My hammer toes have improved. I put the stretcher on my feet at night while I watch TV. I am so happy that I found the product and my toes will look better in sandals this summer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Relief at last!, April 10, 2008
This review is from: HealthyToes Toe Stretchers, Small (Electronics)
I have been suffering with heel spurs since Sept. 2007. I went to the doctor and got arch supports, I also had physical therapy for over a month. I used the night splint and the Straussberg sock. I tried toe exercises, calf stretches and massage. I have also been taking Ezorb calcium supplements. Not one of these methods provided as much relief as 5 minutes using the Healthy Toes Stretchers.

They were hard to get on at first, then I used some lotion. I used them 5-10 minutes the first night. The next day I was able to walk comfortably for the first time in 7 months! I over-did the treadmill, getting in the recommended 10,000 steps for the day so the pain did come back. I used the Healthy Toes Stretchers again that night and felt instant relief. I now carry them with me and use them at work for a few minutes at a time.

I am telling all my friends about them and orders some gifts. I think they are great!
