This product helps my feet - stretches out the toes and makes my feet feel good. One suggestion - use some hand/foot/whatever cream on your toes to get them more easily into the toe spreader. I started out having this on for a few minutes and am up to about twenty.

these are very good if your toes are squashed together by pointy shoes in the past. They certainly do separate your toes correctly.

I've been using these for about a month and am overall happy with the product. It's great to slip these on after work or a jog and give your feet a refreshing stretch. My only gripes: 1) A little expensive for what you get, but cheaper than YogaToes. 2) I'm a size 11 and the large fits me well, but I find they fit tight around some toes, reducing circulation -- so I try not to keep them on for extended durations.

I looooove these. I just wish I would remember to use them every night. I have fallen arches and I do a lot of yoga, so my feet need to be strong. These seem to open up the bottom side of the foot, spreading it wide. Not a front to back stretch. I think it has been helpful in reducing cramps in my feet when doing yoga, but it takes a little getting used to and the effects are subtle. If you are expecting a huge change or relief from foot pain, this probably won't do it for you, but if you need to stretch the hard to stretch mid foot area, this will do the trick. This version is also much cheaper than some other yoga brand toe stretchers and they seem to be identical to me. Sturdy and will last a while, I have fairly large feet (9.5 womens), and they fit me fine.

I ordered this product base on the sizing provided by the vender, I wear a size 11 shoe so I ordered the large size, there is no way for me to use this product it is simply to large. I sent a message explaining this to the vender but have gotten no response.

Got these after my toes started moving on top of each other and this impacted my gait and exercising. They were painful first few times, but they really work--toes stay spread and the discomfort decreases with each use. I like to put them on, prop up my feet and watch a good TV shoe. My wife likes to put the in the freezer before she uses them--I don't like the cold.

I have 10 1/2 in 6E feet and I couldn't get my toes into these things. There were no sizing suggestions to help make your decision as well. Not a good buy for me

I have big feet (Size 12-13) and these things really stretched my toes out. If you don't have experience with toe stretchers, I would recommend going down a size to start with.

These were given as a gift, so I don't use them. I was told they are nice, and it seems important to only use them for short periods of time at first, to get your toes used to them.

Biggest mistake I ever ordered.I ordered large as I wear 10&1/2 to 11 womens shoe. What arrived was so big it is useless for any human. Should be taken off market.I am a RN and believer in exercise and yoga--I feel duped by this product.I will never buy anything with a size on internet again.
