They work as well as they can.
I bought these for my wife she says they work but in the middle of the night she slings them across the room. She says they make her toes go to sleep. When she wears them through the whole night she seems to feel better in the morning. The biggest issue seems to be with her she has trouble sleeping in them. Not the best choice.
The adjustability of this night splint is the only reason it's 3 star instead of 2. It does work well, and the angle of the splint is easily adjustable. But the straps are too narrow causing them to dig in. The padding on the straps is also inadequate compounding the problem. After a week or so, I got it adjusted to where it was somewhat comfortable. The adjustability of this night splint is the only reason it's 3 star instead of 2. It does work well, and the angle of the splint is easily adjustable. But the straps are too narrow causing them to dig in. The padding on the straps is also inadequate compounding the problem. After a week or so, I got it adjusted to where it was somewhat comfortable. I am considering some foam or additional padding under the straps to make them more comfortable so I can increase the angle slightly on the brace.

She either can't get to sleep or she can't stay asleep. It is mostly a mental thing with her. I wish she would just get the cortizone shot that would end this for good. But NOOOOOOO! These have worked better than the cheap ones you find any where and as good as the expensive ass ones you buy at medical supply stores
