I saw Tom perform a couple of times this summer, and he's a real talent. His songs are absolutely beautiful- the lyrics, melody, and performances will blow you away. My personal favorite is "Falling Star", but some of the other highlights are "Sleeping Beauty", "Richard Nixon's Still Alive", "Everyday I Love You Even More", and the stunningly haunting "Rishi's Garden". If you ever get an opportunity to hear more of his stuff, I would definitely recommend it.

GReat songs. Great music. The songs on this album all written by Tom are vastly superior to the fodder played on the radio. Songs like "Falling Star" and "Everyday I Love You Even More" are prime examples of excellent lyrics and melody. If they were played on the radio people would stop what they were doing and pay attention and wonder Who is this guy? Having seen Tom live a few times, he is also a good singer and top notch guitarist. His performance skills and delivery are first rate.The emotional impact of his songs are felt even more in a live performance. I highly recommend this album.

Having heard Tom in person, it was pure joy to find some of the songs I heard and some new ones available already. Tom is a very gifted and insightful artist, whose musical genre is a kind of Southwest Folk style.

You will hear rich accoustical guitar , which sounds at times like 2 or more people are playing, but it's just Tom! His lyrics are heart-felt and soul-true. He is real.

Just heard Tom live at the 5th Annual Woody Guthrie Folk Music Festival. We arrived at the festival just as Tom was performing. As this was our first festival, we didn't know what to expect, but Tom's soothing voice and mellow tone definately set the mood and brought us right in! Can't wait to hear him again live.

I just returned from a song writers work shop where Tom was one of the instructors. I heard him perform many of the tunes from this CD and was just knocked out by his voice and guitar playing. I purchased the CD and have been playing it over and over again. My favorites are Sleeping Beauty...I can't get the melody out of my head...and Rishi's Garden, which immediately pops open my Heart Chakra and puts me in a state of loving bliss. This CD is awesome...thank you Tom !

Tom Prasado-Rao has a way of getting right past all of the "stuff" that can get in the way of us enjoying ourselves. He doesn't just allow us the opportunity to hear him, to enjoy his voice and his music, Tom invites us to celebrate life with him and to dance along with him. Tom's influences are varied and this shows wonderfully in his musical styles. Listen and enjoy.

I love Tom's sound. it's so warm and soothing. his guitar sounds so sweet and happy. His songs are just very pleasing to the ear. He's a master player, I haven't heard anyone who sounds like him, the way he gets so much groove goin' with 2 hands. His voice is sweet,sweet,sweet.
