After I suffered a heart attack and quadruple bypass back in 2003 a friend recommended this book to me as a common sense approach to regaining control over my life. This book gives you fairly simple directions on what steps to take after you've come to the realization that "Hey I survived!"
I checked out a bunch of technical stuff prior to reading this book, it took me about half a day, I've still got this one, the others are sitting on a shelf at a used book store.
