More About the Author

I live in South Wales in the UK, with its hills, woodland and beaches. I find it is a fantastic location to keep developing, and I love the spirit of the place.
I started meditating in 1986 at the age of 25, and ran workshops on developing intuition in London from 1991 onwards. I found I had an ability to access guided meditations to speak to an audience, which would bring about change and understanding.Since childhood I had enjoyed helping people, and found using guided meditation was a great way to do this.
I am about change. The old has to go as it is based on old energy, old law and old practises. The new, based on new energy, is coming in. This means change for myself, and for humanity, the planet and all of Creation. I can provide guided meditations for people to help them to bring in the new energy and live their lives in ways that make them feel happy and excited. I just do my bit.
