I don't often buy jewelry for my 30 year old daughter but I was hoping her birthstone would make earrings a safe bet. She loved this Christmas present and the earrings were larger than I expected with great ruby color.

My wife loves her earrings! I didn't try to pass them off as anything but what they are, and she said the rubies are beautiful and can't imagine a more expensive set being any more beautiful.

Nothing but good luck from this seller.

Ruby happens to be the birthstone for my gf so figured this would make a nice gift. I wasn't sure what to expect from the picture but am happy to report that the stones actually are way brighter than how they appear on here. They came in a very elegant blue jewelry box that really made the rubies pop.The size, shape and setting is all very well done and actually goes very well matched with other white gold jewelry. I highly recommend this as a nice simple gift for any lady that likes rubies.

The perfect 40th (RUBY)anniversary gift for my mother-in-law! She had received a gorgeous ruby and diamond heart-shaped pendant in white gold from her husband and I thought that a pair of earrings shapped like hearts with white gold posts would complete the set as the company that sold the original pendant did not have matching earrings for sale. They arrived on the eve of her anniversary as promised and beautifully wrapped!!

I was apprehensive about the shade of red because I know it can vary, but we were lucky, it was exactly the same shade as on my computer screen and more importantly, the perfect shade to match her pendant. I had shopped around online but this truly was the best deal for the price; I did not find 3-carat rubies like these anywhere else. Also, the cut of the hearts is really beautiful; elsewhere they are often dented in triangles.

The only reason I rated it four stars and not 5 is that I felt the depth and intensity of the red could have been richer and deeper although in this case it worked out.

I recommend these as gifts for an anniversary, valentine, birthday, Christmas or for a special someone anytime. It is hard to go wrong with rubies...

I was excited to get this ruby earring to match my ruby+ diamond necklace, however, I decided to return this item since it is way too big and thick on my ears and look like children's jewelry. it is too bright to look genuine stone. it is very PINK!!!

I got the matching set of ruby hearts, earrings and pendant. As a gift for a girl this is perfect and a no brainier:

1) Price was impossible to beat, especially considering the gift packaging that comes with it....lets face it: presentation is everything!

2) Rubies are the stone of love and passion

3) Hearts are the symbol of love and passion.

So why is this a no brainier?

Lets say she does not like rubies or hates hearts... IT DOES NOT MATTER! You look great either way as you show up with above mentioned symbols of love and passion!

The ruby hearts send the right message and she will be blown away!

I got the set as the price was so low that my budget allowed for both earrings and a pendant. Both were together $150. Maybe getting both was overkill, I could have saved one or the other for a different occasion as each on its own would make for a great gift. Even the earrings alone for $50 would have made me look great.

Her reaction to the gifts was unbelievable. She actually cried! Her friends have complimented the set and she never takes it off. Quality looks really good. Metal is stamped and looks solid. 14k finish is bright and shiny. Color of rubies is deep red and very brilliant. No inclusions in the stones. Chain in the pendant is light but well made. Delicate but strong.

Again packaging and presentation is key here. Didn't need to wrap anything as they all came perfectly boxed, giving the impression that I went all out (Who says I didn't?)

I included a picture to show true color and size. Ruby hearts is the way to go, you can't go wrong if you try!

I got these Ruby earrings for mothers day with the matching pendant for a special gift. It's been 3 months and I never reviewed my purchases, however I can tell by now that the quality on these earrings is just great. My mother in law still wears her earrings and matching pendant every day as does my sister with the set I got her over 3 months ago!. The white gold plating is holding up very well, and the earrings look as good as new, very shiny! The presentation was really Elegant and Impressive. It was nice to see the excitement in her eyes when she received the gifts in the blue pouches they came in (no additional wrapping needed!). After all the layers of fancy wrapping, when she finally opened the "treasure chest" she was just so happy with her beautiful earrings inside!

The color was just like the picture on Amazon. Nice deep red,lots of sparkle, really great color! I also got the matching pendant to go with the ruby earrings. The set matched perfectly and she couldn't be happier! I've seen her wear it all the time, gets tons of compliments on them, and after 3 months they still all look as good as new! I am telling you, this was the perfect gift all around! And no wrapping! Looks great and very expensive the way it comes! This is the safest gift choice, the presentation makes it look very impressive!
