5.0 out of 5 stars "Now That's What I Call A Man!
Ms Ray has really out did herself with this book! Daniel Falcon is what most women dream for in a man, well he's what I dream for in a man! Tall, strong, very educated, well mannered, respectful, sexy, and has the most gorgeous hair that should ever be on a man! I absolutely loved this story. The story line was the bomb! 3.0 out of 5 stars Fair Fetch
I loved the characters, as it is in all of Ray's novels, but some of the plot was a bit fair fetch for me. I would have liked something more believable in the end, bu I guess that's why we call it an imagination.

Madelyn was my girl, she knew just how to bring a very stubborn, bullheaded Daniel to his knees. All I can say about this brother is if he can fall in love, any man can! But of course, that man has to find that very special Lady! Much Love Ms Ray!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Romance Novel, March 21, 2000
By A Customer
"Heart of the Falcon" was the first book by Francis Ray that I had read. It was recommended to me by a co-worker. I found the story very interesting and exciting! It was refreshing to read about someone with Daniel Falcon's mixed Native American and African American heritage since there are so many of us out there with the same type of ancestry in our own families. I especially liked the side love story of Daniel's estranged parents finding their way back to each other.

AND I DO MEAN JUST THAT!! GIRLFRIEND RAY IS COOKIN AND THE STEAM PERMEATES ALL AREAS OF YOUR MIND, BODY AND SOUL. I THOUGHT THE STORY OF KANE AND VICTORIA WAS SMOKIN, BUT DANIEL AND MADELYN (AKA "ADDIE") HAD EVEN MY EARS RINGING. MS. RAY HAD MY HEART PUMPING FROM BEGINNING TO END. HER DROP DEAD LOVE SCENES ARE INCREDIBLE. I THINK IT IS "AWESOME," AS MY KIDS WOULD SAY, THAT SOMEONE CAN CREATE SUCH MAGIC WITH A PEN. THE LOVE WHICH DANIEL FINALLY WAS ABLE TO RENDER UNTO MADELYN WAS SUPERB. THE WAY HE GAVE HER HIS HEART HAD ME THINKING OF THIS BOOK WHILE IN CHURCH PRAISING THE LORD. A MAN CAN SHOW NO GREATER LOVE THAN TO PUT HIS COMPLETE WEALTH INTO THE HANDS OF A WOMAN. NOW YOU KNOW GIRLFRIEND CAN WRITE. I'VE GOTTEN FIVE OTHER PEOPLE INTERESTED IN HER AND THEY'RE BUYING BOOKS LIKE CRAZY. NOT BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO SHARE MINE, BUT ALL OF US WANT HER BOOKS IN OUR PERSONAL LIBRARIES.

I'VE ALREADY ORDERED DOMINIQUE'S STORY AND SHOULD RECEIVE IT TODAY!! CAN'T WAIT.

THANKS MS RAY FOR YOUR SPECIAL GIFT YOU'RE SHARING WITH US. GOD BLESS YOU!!

5.0 out of 5 stars At the "Heart" of my collection of books!, January 3, 2002

This review is from: Heart Of The Falcon (Arabesque) (Mass Market Paperback)
"Heart of the Falcon" was the very first book I read by Francis Ray and boy was it worth it. Daniel Falcon is a character that readers will never forget. He was determined not to fall in love with Madelyn. The sexier they are; the harder they fall, the better; the book. Since reading this book I have purchased all of Mrs. Ray's books, including a very hard to find, "Fallen Angel".

5.0 out of 5 stars Oh my...the Falcon rules, January 23, 2006
This review is from: Heart Of The Falcon (Arabesque) (Mass Market Paperback)
I've been engrossed with the whole Taggart/Falcon/Grayson series...reading them all in order and I wasn't disappointed with "Heart of the Falcon" -- what a story! Daniel Falcon is a FINE but, stubborn man and Madelyn "Addie" Taggart knew that from day one. She had no fear and took the risk of falling for her brothers' -- Kane and Matt -- good friend. Daniel, a true lady's man, was against love and marriage and swore against both. Strong willed and determined, Madelyn knew she loved Daniel and she put everything on the line to prove that she was the one he needed. She succeeded. Ms. Ray has become a favorite of mine because of her strong character development and the way she makes you hang on to every word, every glance and every kiss. Much respect to you, Ms. Ray.

Ms. Ray is the best. I've read several of her books....all but one in this series. I think this one was the best. I love her humor. This book had me screeming in sections-crying in others. This whole series should be made into a mini-series or soap opera. Great story Ms. Ray

5.0 out of 5 stars HOT HOT HOT!, November 29, 2006

Again, I must say that I am so enjoying this Falcon/Grayson series. Daniel Falcon was an interesting character. He was perfect - handsome, rich, diverse background and confident (or arrogant). I loved the way the author revealed his softer side, as he didn't realize he actually had one. It's amazing when a man finally realizes he's in Love. The relationship between the characters was intense and humurous at times. If you haven't read this series - get with it.

I read this book twice in a year's time. The author made the characters very real. I thought about the story line and characters for days after finishing the book. This is my 3rd story by Ms. Ray. She is becoming my favorite author and I'm looking forward to reading other books by her.

I enjoyed this book very much. I liked the family values perpetrated in this book. Marriage and love really met something. People wanted to do the right thing and they knew right from wrong. The family members were all very likable and funny.
