Reading The Heart: The Final Destination made me realize how disconnected I was from my own life and my own being. Julie Anderson offers insight along with inspirational exercises for gentle change that are easy to understand and realistic to incorporate into everyday life. This book reaffirms that to live in one's own truth from the heart is uplifting, attainable and life changing. I would strongly recommended The Heart: The Final Destination to anyone who wishes to become a better being.
