This CD is very moving. If you follow the insert, you can feel the very strong emotions and the release in these songs. You can hear the sad and happy times. I recently listened to a Winhdam hill classics, Angels, which has a similiar sound, but by various artists. This artist is sincere in her music. This is a CD to sit back with a good glass of wine and clear the mind and body of all the outside world. The artist is terrific. Hope to hear more from her.

I recently received a copy of My Heart Says Goodbye; Music for Living, Loving and Letting Go. I love this CD. Beth Hicks is so talented and the emotion and love that she has for her parents is expressed so beautifully in her music on this CD. I would reccommend it to anyone.

I was first introduced to Beth's work by Trudy Brandenburg (White Light guided meditation). She let me borrow her copy of My Heart Says Goodbye and later I bought a copy myself. It is such a wonderful compilation of quietly beautiful songs. I found myself thinking of my favorite loved ones and contemplating the gifts that they have given me. So much in music is overly commercial and artificial these days. It's such a relief to happen upon something so true.
