This book is well written and explained in such a way that it makes sense to anyone. You learn the principles of health; of acid and alkaline, of cellular nutrition, why you need water, why you need to detox, what happens when you sleep and when you think..it is all there, simply stated yet so powerful. Follow this and you will find improved health.
