Heart of Living Well is on Target,

I met Judy at an event my organization iask, Inc. hosted in October titled, "Lets Talk About Depression". She came to the event to speak to us and sign her books. I bought one, read it this past Fall and really enjoyed the lay out, as well as the principles she discussed and the tips on how to be a better me. I highly recommend the book and the author is fantastic!
