Being a sports fan, in particular one from the seventies and eighties, I thoroughly enjoyed and was delighted by Saverino's indepth, knowledgable and enjoyable writings. His memory, style and manner are first rate quality.

The Heart of the Order is an enjoyable and interesting book, not only from a sports orientated point of view, but it is also a touching, warm and humorous human interest story. I recommend anyone who enjoys a good, relaxing, informative book to pick this one up. It's a home run!

I am not your normal sports or baseball fan, but I have to say that his book certainly transcends all other genre. It is truly a human interest story of tremendous portions. Angelo Saverino has a unique and distintive writing style. His writing grips the reader, you can't wait to turn the page to see what happens next. I strongly recommend The Heart of the Order for your summer reading while relaxing at the beach.
