The first source of material on this subject that has not either put me to sleep, or just plain offended my intelligence. My doctor has been trying to get through to me about these matters for some time now, and this author was able to. I purchased the Kindle download after hearing her appear on NPR and remain very glad I did. My family is moving towards healthier living in a manner that works for us all.
