I am an advisor for a sorority and I wish someone had put this book in my hands back when I was an active. For any chapter that is not doing as well as they'd like in recruiting girls and is not sure where to start with fixing the problem, this book is for you. There isn't another book out there like it, either.

As National Board Member of a smaller sorority, this book has provided me tips to expanding our recruitment practices. I plan on sharing the helpful information contained in this book to our current Active Chapters as well as the incoming National Board Member for my position. I feel that this book is also containing information that will be helpful in growing our Organization. Some of the guidelines presented in this book are also adaptable to everyday life.

A must have for sorority recruitment. This book gives you amazing ideas and teaches you ways to think outside the box. I would definately recommend this book.
