This review is from: Heart Therapy: Regaining Your Cardiac Health (Paperback)
An excellent resource book focusing on both medical and emotional connections in strengthening and protecting our hearts. Written with authoratative information and with great sensitivy. Gives us knowlege we can readily understand. We have given copies to many friends with heart challanges. They loved it and have read and re-read it. I wish this book had been available when I (W.E)had triple bypass surgery eleven years ago. Bravo !
