This is a very well written book. I loved the people and could feel thier frustrations and joys. This book held my interest from page one, I could not put it down. One of the best books Tina Wainscott has written. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a great read. I loved this couple and rooted for them. What a concept, to have your husbands heart inside you. The ending was a great surprise, never suspected anything. Tina kept you guessing all the way through the book. The people felt so real to me. Great book, a must read

Tina Wainscott's newest novel is a marvelous read. She has taken a current day medical event and given it an imaginative twist that is hard to match.

Jenna Elliott needs a new heart. When her husband Paul dies in a car accident, he wills his heart to Jenna. She receives the transplant, recovers from the surgery and then is filled with the need to visit Texas. She feels Paul's spirit leading her to a place that is unknown to her. The first person she encounters is his twin, Mitch, whom she did not know existed.

Paul had kept his life before Jenna secret. She did not know he had family, nor did she know that he was rich. As each mystery unravels, Mitch must learn to trust Jenna and she must fight to solve the problems that Paul left behind. Paul s spirit tells her that he wants her to find the truth, and she grows in strength with Mitch's help to get at that truth which has tormented both brothers for nine years. Mitch and Jenna develop a deep and powerful love that changes their lives.

Tina Wainscott tells this story extremely well. Her style of writing is top notch, her characters are strong, and the plot is full of excitement. Her novel engenders a new awareness of the struggles a transplant patient must face in his/her everyday life. Her touch of the supernatural is imaginative, and makes one feel that a person's soul is truly in the heart.

This is a not to be missed story. It is filled with suspense, romance, extra sensory perception, and excitement in the discovery of a new life and a new love for Jenna Elliott. Treat yourself to this book, you won't be disappointed.

This was a great romance suspense novel! I really enjoyed the characters and it really kept me guessing til the very end! Anyone who is a romance suspense lover is sure to love this! Can not think of anything I did not like about this book!

This was a heartwarming story from the very beginning. The characters were made real by Ms. Wainscott talented writing. Combining mystery, romance,faith, and "what if" situations made this a page turning story from the first page. Mitch and Jenna were great characters and their romance was very believable.

Ms. Wainscott has a real talent for taking the incredible and making it seem not only real but possible.

For two years, Jenna Elliot waited for a heart to be found to replace her own defective organ. When Dr, Sharidon called to tell her a donor was found, Jenna worried about her missing spouse Paul, who had not returned home from a house-hunting trip. Later on, Jenna learned that Paul died in a car accident and his heart was now beating inside her chest.

Jenna misses her beloved, but begins to feel and crave his delights. She also begins to hear things deep inside her head. The latest message is for her to travel to Ponee, Texas, which she does. In Ponee, Jenna meets Paul's twin brother Mitch and a host of lies about her deceased spouse's history. As Mitch and Jenna fall in love, propelled by Paul's heart, he still wonders if she wants his heritage and if she can shed light on the murder of his parents.

When she gets the call that a donor heart is available, it's with trepidation that she accept it, as the heart belongs to Paul, who is brain dead after a car accident, and has willed his heart to her.

Flash forward several months later - Jenna is getting strange cravings, feelings, and messages from Paul, which lead her to a small Texas town and a man that is the spitting image of Paul. Turns out Paul was not an orphan, but had a twin brother he deserted after the murder of his parents. Mitch wants Jenna to stay so that they can sort out the mystery once and for all to determine Paul's culpability in the crime. Jenna wants her memories of her husband to remain in tact. When she offers a compromise - for Mitch to impregnate her so she can carry Paul's child, he balks, and she returns to New Hampshire. When Mitch travels up to New Hampshire to try to coax her back to Texas, she follows and soon loses her heart to the brother in law she never knew.

Not a fan of paranormal storylines, I took this one with a grain of salt and was pleasantly surprised. Wainscott blends light suspense to tell a wrenching and emotional tale of love, loss, and sacrifice.

I always enjoy the writings of Tina Wainscott. This was more of a romance than a romantic suspense, but it had a lingering tale of suspense weaved into the plot. The characters were richly developed and it is their story that keep the reader drawn to the pages. Ms. Wainscott has an incredible way of making even what seems like an unbelievable situation come to life. Knowing that this is partly based on true occurences makes it even better. This book reminds me a lot of Nora Roberts writing. It flows nicely and is a quick read. Well worth buying if you are looking for a touching tale of romance and finding that one special person that makes your heart beat like no other.

The author demonstrates an unusual and fascinating ability to blend all the right ingredients into this novel. Her imagination mixes the believable with the unbelievable in a way that keeps the readers unwaivering interest. My minds eye had no trouble picturing and knowing the characters, Jenna, Paul and Mitch because this new young author has a profound talent for using words.
