There is also no applied coating to flake off! Our premium aluminum bakeware is insulated for even baking and browning without burning. You?ll never burn another cookie, roll or croissant again! Best of all, it is Made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty!

Been using this for a few months now - don't be fooled by the wording in the description that implies this has nonstick properties. It may be a tiny bit better than untreated metal but not much. On the other hand, there are no chemicals from a nonstick coating to be concerned about.

Also seems a little pricey for what it is - a *very* small baking sheet.

Nice to have a cookie sheet that will fit in the toaster oven. Good quality and handy for a two-person household.

Cleans like a dream, wonderful for baking cookies, great for rolls, and just about everything. I often cover with parchment paper just to keep it beautiful.

There are many nice thinks about this pan, but sturdiness is not one. It is thin aluminum, and gets dents easily. Don't put it in the sink with other dishes and get a dent the first day like I did.

I use this to hold silicone muffin pans in my freezer for freezing single portions of various foods. Just fits my side by side freezer, and I don't have to juggle items around to get a flat freezing surface.
