It works perfect 2 months so far (same batteries except if u walk by fast several inches away it won't sense me (i'm thin). Other then this it doesn't fail. There's not going to be many people 4-6 inches away walking by fast but still a chance. The sensor is not much bigger then computer mouse & receiver is loud; & quieter on low chime setting; u can also turn chime off if u wanted. i painted grey to blend in with fence & its in position where most don't know its there but i wish it was micro size so no one could ever see it.

if u get it fm Hazen & Associates they won't cover the box so now the mail person knows i have it (USPS) altho they hopefully don't care cause the mailbox isn't by driveway. I would buy it directly from amazon because they wrap the package it comes in & delivery person not see it

i didn't use screwdriver to anchor it just tape

the receiver even has plug for wall adapter
well worth the $ but we must have them make sensor really small & sense me going past at close to 0 distance

works in desert september heat, direct sunlight several hours a day.
also senses dogs when they come on driveway

the skylink brand has smaller sensor
