Product Description
Fast, soothing relief for backpains, sport injuries, migraine headaches and muscle complaints. Simply freeze or microwave the ICE N HEAT gel pack then place it in the specially designed therapy wrap. Ice N Heat consists of a safe, reusable gel pack and cleverly designed wrap that adjusts to fit any part of the body.
Both hot and cold it is completely flexible so it is easy to apply wherever needed using the therapy wrap.
THE WRAP is machine washable. It consists of an insulated outer layer and a permeable inner layer that directs the heat/cold temperature towards the injury site while providing penetrating heat or cold first aid treatment. The extension belt allows the wrap to be positioned firmly into place providing the user COMPLETE MOBILITY. It can also be used to apply additional COMPRESSION to the injured area

This hot and cold therapy pack by BeWellShop has truly served me well! It's easy to use either hot or cold; and inside the reusable therapy wrap cover it works while protecting you against excessive cold or heat as the case may be.If you want an ice cold pack it's ridiculously easy. Just keep this in the freezer and pull it out to apply it to any area of your body that may need a cold compress. Sometimes an ice pack can relieve pain associated with pulled muscles or other problems. Alternatively, you can use this as a heat pad; just heat it up in the microwave and you're good to go with heat on that area that hurts so much! I use the heat on an arthritic knee that I have to nurse every once in a while. Sigh. It's amazing but the ice pack does NOT freeze solid in your freezer--this is one well made therapy pack! Just be sure to use this pack when it's inside the therapy wrap that comes with this; it's safer that way as it protects you from burns or excessive cold. I also like the extension belt you can use with this to allow yourself to walk around and do many things while the pack stays right in place! Excellent! Overall, this hot and cold therapy pack by BeWellShop has me totally sold. I highly recommend it.

For basically the cost of the ice packs, you also get the velcro sleeves and straps that allow you to quickly and easily position the ice packs anywhere you like on your arms or legs. I mainly use the ice packs on my knees, and can walk around with the packs in place without any slippage. The sleeves may be too small to ice the shoulders or back as securely.

This item fit great. Could walk and sit with no bulk plus it is very portable. Extremely happy with this item.
