Great idea, and it worked great the first time or two... but once you use ANY water to clean the cup, the outlet on the cup gets ruined. Can't seem to dry it off enough to get it to work again.

I didn't have great expectations as I have owned several heated cups and know they have a short lifespan. However, this one started leaking out of the bottom during my second use. It was inexpensive but not worth even the priced I paid.
