Attached to the wall on my patio, it provides easy access for the squirrels to come to eat the corn i then put on the feeder. I am on the second floor and they come over to the balcony and up to the feeder. Many hours of enjoyment are spent watching them.

I love this feeder and so do my squirrels. Just do not through away the plastic nail cover, so that you can replace it on the nail when your corn cobs or squirrel logs run out. My squirrels make a trip to my feeder daily. Just wish there was free shipping and better access to the squirrel logs that I use with it!!! Fun and Pet Friendly...

The squirrels in our yard used to walk away with whole ears of corn. Now it takes them a couple of days to fully pick away at the corn cobs, at which time I unscrew the cob and place on another. They really seem to enjoy it.

I bought this in hopes of feeding the few squirrels that I see running aroung my house from time to time. I bought 3 big bags of corn on the cob for them to get them through the winter. I use on cob a day for my squirrels and literally saw 7 to 10 squirrels or more using it. I enjoy it almost as much as they do!

I've never been a fan of the bird feeders that keep the squirrels out. The squirrels enjoying their food is equally important to me. And usually way funnier.

This makes things simple, nothing fancy to buy...just put a corn cob on it.

And you have instant friends...and families of squirrels.

I felt this especially important this summer with a drought where i lived and animals suffering; I actually put several in the woods behind my house as well as in my own animal habitat.

I think this would be a great gift for an elderly person...they do seem to stop and enjoy the simple things far more than many.

Not much to say about this feeder other than it holds the squirrel feed log well and I actually have it placed on the ground at the moment. I have seen 2 squirrels on opposite sides eating off of it.

I have to say that based on the very few reviews that this product had, I had a few reservations about what I would find when the shipment arrived. I have to say that I'm beyond pleased with it! It's well-made, completely sanded down so there are no splinters or rough edges, attractive and totally functional. It even came with a few small screws for mounting and a safety cap (do not dispose!) that would be necessary to put on the holder's end when a food item is removed.

It's great fun to watch the squirrels gnawing on it. For those intent on feeding the squirrels, I would highly highly recommend this feeder. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

So far I've only gotten crows to eat from this, but it is still fun to watch them pull kernels off a cob.

Received this and the corn ears to put on it. Problem is it doesn't come with mounting screws or nails and us having disabilities and now stuck in the mountains in snow, well it might be awhile until we can use it. Our squirrels are hungry! I do not know if it is supposed to come with mounting nails or not. If so, maybe the seller will send us some so we can mount it. We have 3 of the the dark gray squirrels with big white bushy tails that do not hibernate. Feeding them parrot food now.

I'll do a follow up when we get it mounted and tested.

I have been looking for this squirrel feeder and was happy to find it on amazon.
