Bought one of these at my local bird seed store. It is very well made with heavy duty copper colored metal (I don't think it is copper). The seed tube is made out of plastic and easy to keep clean. Expensive and natural oily nyjer seed will spoil quickly if it gets damp or sits too long in feeder, so we only fill this half way.

A few finches politely sit on each perch picking the seed out of the small holes located at each perch. We also have several nyjer seed socks where the finches are going great gang busters busily eating away hanging upside down and sideways. This is their natural way of eating seed.

Since we have copper accents in and around our house, this feeder is more for the "decorative me". The birds empty the nyjer seed socks first.
