Though these may seem expensive, they really do last a long time. So they might save you money, but they will also save you time because you'll only have to go out maybe once a week (if that) to replace these instead of every day with regular corn cobs. The only problem I see is that the squirrels tend to try and steal the whole thing and drag it into the woods when it gets small enough they can carry it - I guess that means they like it, though!

this product is wonderful for our Florida squirrels. Our pet stores stopped carrying this. I'm so glad I found it on line. It's cheaper and always available. Love this product!

This is the first time I bought this particular product. The squirrels love them. It seems to satisfy them and keeps them quite occupied for a very long time. Gives them a diversion from the bird seed

for some reason, pets mart stopped carrying this, so found this here on Amazon, cheaper price and free shipping, better deal than ever!

I purchased this as an alternative to cob corn for feeding our back-yard squirrels. The squirrels totally ignore these compressed cobs - on the same feeder that they would eat the natural cob corn. I would send this bak, if not for so much trouble.

I suppose this product is fine. I gave it to my grandparents for Christmas to go with their squngee squirell thing. The corn was pretty solid and looked good and it arrived on time.

These corn cobs last a long time and hold up remarkably well in rain. The problem is that my squirrels view them the way my dog views his dry dog food: something that should only be consumed if nothing else is available.

The squirrels do get around to eating these things but they don't keep them away from the bird feeder.

I've been using corn and nut corn logs varieties for a year now. The squirrels still prefer to hit the birdfeeders first, but they do stop at the logs enough that I feel it diverts them a fair amount of the time, if even for a few minutes. These logs disintegrate in rain. They also don't replace as many ears of corn as they say they do. I go through one log a week, and they aren't that inexpensive--I figure it's a wash vs. a big bag of corn ears and 1-2 corn logs.

This heavy and compacted cob may last months. The squirrels sniff and nibble before heading to the bird feeder. I liked it, seemed good,but the squirrels, not so much. I guess I should take a nibble and see? I won't buy anymore unless the squirrels eat this one....
