I would have preferred the supporting connector to the junction box to be longer. Using the sensor, the lights would not go off if you used the 10 or 20 minutes cut off times on the booster range mode, so when I called up tech support they say you can't use those times in the booster mode because the sensor after one minutes would keep sensing the heat so you need to turn back the sensitivity settings which worked fine after that, but I wished they would have at least mention that in the instructions. But then why advertise increase sensitivity range if you can't use it with halogen lights.

I bought two of these sensors for a customer, one for over the garage door 20 feet up, and on for flood next to front door pointing towards driveway.
This is now the forth time I have been called back for miss operating sensors, the garage one just stays on and the front porch one works,,,, then doesn't, then just stays on. Sensor is mounted below two 90 watt floods in a red dot box with sensor set to half, 1 minute cut off, with boost off.
Never again will I use these sensors, went the electric supply house even they said they were junk, and directed me to a Rab-Stelth STL110.

They are twice the price, but are the real deal, will chime back after install & some time.
