I bought this recently to replace a dual receptacle on my front deck. It was easy to install, just a bit of caulking, wiring, and screwing and it was done in ten minutes. It works perfectly, comes on every time my dog walks out the door. Plus, it uses less electricity than the old one. Replacement bulbs are cheaper too. I'll definitely buy this baby again.

After tossing cheap junk motion sensors that barely make it 2 to 3 years, plastic disintegrates, sensor control not working and general crappy construction, it is nice to see a well built and engineered product like this one.

My only real issue with this light is the original generic brand bulb lasted about a month. So I can tack on another $5 to the cost of mine for the additional bulb. The new bulb is Sylvania, so hopefully it will last a couple years. Yes, I know not to touch the bulb and I wore latex gloves.

Other than the bulb, the light is pretty decent at detecting movement consistantly. I feel it provides security and that's why I bought it.

Construction quality is fair and the unit works mostly as designed. This is not a super bright light if you are looking to find contact lenses on the pavement at night, but 150 watts is 150 watts and that's what you get. And actually I did not want it to be super because as a result of it being to sensitive, it comes on when it is very windy and probably detects movement in my Arbor Vitaes that line my drive. I do have it set to a low sensitive and have decided I can live with the occasion hiccup. Works well as a standard light. Flip off and back on and it stays on. Toggle again and it goes back to its movement sensing mode. You can pay a lot more for the same product and still get the same quality and operation. Recommend.

Nice light,easy to install but died after a month of winter outdoor use.Sent it back for a refund.I would not recommend for outdoor use exposed to the elements.

The lights work great but be prepared to replace the original bulbs within a short time. I purchased and installed 3 of these lights and within 30 days all three bulbs were bad. I purchased replacement bulbs from Amazon and both bulbs were bad (one broken and one a broken filament). I suggest you purchase the bulbs locally (so you don't have to hassle with a return) and add the cost of a replacement bulb to this item.

I installed this product (wall mount) to provide light for our carport. Has been installed for 2 weeks.

Easy to install. Only problem I had was that the factory made screw-holes were too wide apart for attaching to the existing bracket. I just screwed it directly into the wall and called it good.

It is a solid, heavy light. Doesn't look cheap like some other lighting products I have purchased.

Fills up my carport with bright light and the sensor works perfectly. Sensor automatically switches off during daylight hours to save energy.

Easy to install, no programming or fussing around. Worked immediately and have had no problem for two months. Thats far better than the last one I purchased from HD for twice the price.

I purchased an electronic peep-hole and found that it was almost impossible to make out anyone's features at night. The offered battery motion light did not have enough power to do any good. This light was easy to install and lights up the outside very well with it's 150 watt bulb. Looks nice too.At this price, much better deal than the battery operated ubits.

I wanted a motion sensing light for my backyard and it worked fine. Bright and adjustable sensitivity. No complaints.
