I tried this tea because I've used Heather's Tummy Tea in Fennel, and really had good results with it, but I like the taste of peppermint better. I really wasn't expecting this tea to be so unbelievably strong and effective - it is by far the best-tasting, freshest peppermint I've ever had. I've been using it to help my digestion and head off the abdominal cramps I get from my IBS. It works like a dream for that, and I've actually discovered by accident that it helps my menstrual cramps too.

I drink a lot of tea, so I really appreciate the fact that this is a very large, very economically priced canister. I drink several cups a day and I brew it very strong, and I can tell this can is going to last me for a few months. It is so minty and fresh that co-workers have asked me what I'm drinking because they can smell it across the room! It's probably the most calming, soothing, wonderful tea I've ever tried, and it's a nice change to do something positive for my health that also tastes wonderful!

I love this tea! I've had other mint teas but this by far is the strongest. It tastes delicious and also smells so good. I've bought all sorts of mint teas but this one has become my addiction. I bought the giant bag of it and plan on just refilling the canister as I drink it. I've been using the filter on my k-cup and I make a cup just about daily. You won't regret buying this. The buyer sent it as promised and it's really good.
