1. Open carton at side with pull-tab. Keep carton. Remove soup packet, snacks, spices, cutlery pack and water solution pouch. Keep food heater on foam tray. Use on flat, heat-safe surface. 2. Open water solution pouch at notch. Lift entree. Pour all water onto self-heating element. Water will activate food heater. Replace meal, film-side down on food heater inside foam tray. 3. Slide foam tray back into carton. Close carton with tab. After 14 minutes, meal is completely hot and ready to eat. Remove meal film cover slowly, stir contents and enjoy! Children should use with adult supervision only. Enclosed water is not suitable for drinking. Do not consume non-toxic self-heating element. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate any remaining portion.

Tasted better than I expected. Pretty low calorie too. I eat these at work when I'm too busy to walk down to the microwave. Heats well - just pour water on the pad in the box. Comes with soup which I've never eaten but the cookies are good.

I bought these meals for my son in the Army. He keeps Kosher and never has enough to eat without supplements. He loves that they are low cal, tasty and convenient. Also, Amazon has best pricing by far.
