An Excellent Basic Book, September 3, 2001
This review is from: Heating Systems for Your New Home (Paperback)
This is an excellent book on the basics of home heating and ventilating systems. It provides unbiased coverage of the fundamental information you need to know about the relative advantages and disadvantages of virtually all types of heating systems. It also offers sources for additional information. And despite what the previous reviewer says, this book does have a short description of heat pumps, which are geothermal heating and cooling systems. If you want to be informed about your basic choices before you talk to a heating contractor, this is the book to read.

This review is from: Heating Systems for Your New Home (Paperback)
This was a good book on home heating systems. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't have the new kinds of heating such as geothermal.
