5.0 out of 5 stars WAY WAY better than 'frantic'
Everything WWMT has done previous to "frantic" is Awesome in my book. It is hard to find christian groups that do techno well or do it at all for that matter. The song Messiah is one of the best songs EVER!!! I wouldn't put Raze and WWMT in the same room as Raze is trying for the teen pop crowd and WWMT is more toward the Ravers. Their new one (frantik) is...

1.0 out of 5 stars I'm sure there were some words there....
Although this makes a welcome change from "praise him on the triangle" and I think their motivation and dynamicism is laudable, I find that the so-called biblical content difficult to discern and music a bit second rate - could they perhaps be concentrating too much on the media rather than the message? Moby is better by far, so why not listen to that...

The song Messiah is one of the best songs EVER!!! I wouldn't put Raze and WWMT in the same room as Raze is trying for the teen pop crowd and WWMT is more toward the Ravers. Their new one (frantik) is average, however the remixes are good. LAtely they seem to be trying for a more disco sound and dropping the techno which dissappoints me.

This CD is brilliant and shows WWMT in all their glory. I live in Manchester, England (home of WWMT) and the latest album (Frantik) was released here about eight months ago. It is even better than this, if that is possible! I hope it gets released in America soon so you can all hear it.END

5.0 out of 5 stars Great music, October 5, 2009
This review is from: Heatseeker (Audio CD)
I just love this CD. It is a fantastic combination of lively dance music and slower thought-provoking music. It is totally Christ-centered. I am so glad I found this.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great album!, June 29, 2000

I was impressed by the new style brought by the World Wide Message Tribe (WWMT). The songs that impressed me were Heatseeker and Hypocrite. They were totally a different style than what I was used to them being. These songs would probably be categorized as Techno-core and all of the others, Dance-Techno. I would compare them to Raze and, well, Raze. They sound very similar. I love the sound in most of these songs, but some of them are too mellow. I absolutely can't wait until "Frantik" comes out. Keep in mind that they are extremly talented and they are not afraid to sing to Jesus.

5.0 out of 5 stars COME ON EVERBODY, RAISE YOUR HANDS AND YOUR VOICES!!!!, August 10, 1999

Is it me, or can you not stop dancing when this CD is playing? Full of hardcore beats (Lift It, Hypocrite), sweet ballads, and lryics that give all praise and honor to the Father, these guys, once again, are showing the world that Christians can "raise the roof" with the best.

I love house music, and specificly dancing in the presence of God This new album makes it difficult. So I can actually use some suggestions on more house. A little diappointed.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as some of their other albums, but still good., December 15, 1998

The WWMT energy is still there, though their style has shifted from almost completely techno/rave to more of a hip-hop/disco/whathaveyou style. The album is still definitely worth getting.

5.0 out of 5 stars Did you say 'hardcore'?, November 17, 1998

If you're looking for techno that's LOUD and CHRISTIAN, well this is the CD for you.

OK, its not all loud, there are some edgier tracks such as 'Make and Change' and 'Heatseeker', but there is also quieter blends, such as 'Cuckooland'.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Tribes best ever! You're not cool if you don't own it., July 31, 1998
By A Customer

This album is by far their best. There's dance, house, hardcore industrial techno, slow melodic groove, and even a little disco. Each song brings home the message quite clearly. Listen to this album. Love this album.
