The first thing you notice is that the writing is strong. The songs are interesting, structured well and have great hooks. You might think to yourself...isn't this is the kind of stuff EVERYONE is doing? Yes, but nobody is doing it this well. EVERY song on this record is at least good many are great. Fans of The Shins, Death Cab, The National etc. will love this. The Shins are HUGE, Mobius is practicaly unknown but this music is better. Listen to it a couple of times and you'll agree. The vocals aren't as pretty as Shins or Death Cab, but that's a good thing. If this band stays together(I pray they do)and there is ANY justice in the music business.......

I love this band. Ever since I first heard "City vs Country" in 2005, I have been following Mobius Band's music and seeing them live when they come within 100 miles. "Heaven" is a great album that I constantly put on repeat. Some stand-out songs are "Tie a Tie," "Hallie," "Under Sand," "A Hint of Blood," "Secret Language" ...I could go on. They continue with their fun, driving beat but include more electronic mixing this time around. I don't think any band matches Mobius Band's sound. To me, they're just waiting to be noticed.

They just keep getting better and better! I can't wait to hear them again in person. More wonderful, amazing sounds from the most unpretentious, nice group of guys!
