The Heaven game is an adveture game about exploring a biblical view of Heaven. You play the space commander Joshua who is miraculously transported to Heaven by the Archangel Micheal.

You start off on the USS genesis (modified space shuttle) and get transported to Paradise Isand - where you meet your Heavenly guide Axis.

With the aid of a "magical compass" and Axis, you make your way through seven levels of Heaven.

The level design is very detailed and interacts excellently with other levels. All the puzzels are well thought out and are well integrated into the environments.

The Graphics are excellent. The landscapes and architecture are supurb. I've not seen any game like it.
The amount of deatil in this game is over-the-top. The designers really wanted you to believe you were in Heaven. Usually most games lack some graphical spots, not in Heaven. Every corner is filled with wonderfull things to see.

The character animation is top notch. Most games don't even try to get this detailed and use hair and cloth effects. The Axis character is so life-like, you start to think she's real. Her out fit is very becoming and a real pleasure to watch. She really feels as though she would live in Heaven.

The game has this wonderful 3D sound. Excellent use of atmospheric sounds and effects.

There is also this "Quake and Shake" effects within the game. As you click on things, they make the game shake - in the space ship, you are getting pelted by asteroids - you can feel the shaking of the ship - very cool.

The biblical themes are meshed so well into the game. No bible verse just thrown out there, all the biblical themes are built right into the environments and characters.

Game ships on a PC DVD ROM. I had no problem installing (about 7 minutes - short for 4.5 gigs).
You can switch from "wide" screen mode to regular.
You can also turn off the atmospheric effects by clicking on the "disable video overlays" button in the Options screen. I bought my through the maker and got it within 3 days. So they do ship out well.

This game would be a great Christams gift for anyone. Easy to use and install.

Overall this is one of the best games you'll play.

My favorite parts have to be the scripture quotes, my second is just how beautiful everything is. I think the game would have been better if you had to demonstrate your understanding of scripture like having to solve mock scenarios like arguments, etc. or give a answer to a question on the meaning of a scripture.

Its good that there is an alternative to all those horrible games out there, their aught to be more games like this one. my favorite area is golden street.

While the game has awesome graphics, the game play is dull and tedious. There are no interactions except a mentor to provide guide to solve annoying and difficult puzzles. I got to level 4 then gave up. I wished I could just watch the rest as a movie unfolding. But you have to go through levels to advance. I got stuck on musical trumpets level. The graphics are so incredible and heaven looks so surreal and beautiful but the producer did not put enough into making it fun and easy to understand. The Christian perspective is good but I have found Rebel Planet's Axys Truth seeker pc game to be much more interesting and fun.

With the technologically acclimated world we live in today, this game gives a new spin on learning the Bible. It brings it to life as you get to experience the Streets of Gold and the Throne of God, from a "alternate first-hand experience".

You'll quickly meet the main character, Axis. Axis is easy to identify with, as she seems so realistic; and like the beautiful views of Heaven, her appearance is spectacular. Her beauty and outfit are breathtaking; just as I'd expect anyone in Heaven would be.

The game allows you to walk around and explore Heaven. You even get to see the New Jerusalem; and with such detail designed 3-D graphics, it is an unforgettable "off-world" experience. Just like a great movie that sucks you in and you feel as if you're experiencing it first-hand, so does this video game - "Heaven". This is a past-time that enables me personally to temporarily remove myself from the every day stresses of busy life and escape into a world of freedom.

This is a lot more than a fun game!

I have been really happy with Heaven PC game. First off this game has stunning graphics that make it pure pleasure to use. I especially liked how detailed the graphics were. It was easy to install and took less than 10 minutes to get it loaded on my computer. The game is really easy to use and understand. It's a great game that my son and I can both enjoy and it doesn't have any violence like a lot of games do nowadays. Gameplay is extremely fun and engaging, and I really liked the biblical content. The main character "Axis" blends into the game so well that she seems real in the game, and I love her outfit! A fun adventure game that I would recommend to everyone. I'm sure that once you play this video game that you'll agree with me as well.

Highly recommended! A pleasent surprise! Loved the 3D world and all the graphics. This game is so packed with awesome graphics! It has a simple navigation system, with great game play. Loved Axis and her style.

I thought the designers did a great job on her. Most female game characters are mean and unrealistic- Not Axis, she is pleasent and adds so much! I loved seeing the Pearly gate opening! Great Buy! Good for all ages.

This game reminds me tremendously of the ground-breaking adventure game Myst. Without a doubt, the graphics are absolutely well crafted and carefully laid out. In the backgrounds are incorporated subtle animations that provide that extra realism.

GAME PLAY (Instructions)

This is simple enough, only your mouse is needed. The cursor animates to indicate a hot spot, where you can either move to, or perform some kind of action. To leave the Game you only need to press the Escape key and it will autosave and exit.

NAVIGATION

Moving around is simple enough, just click on the hot spot that you want to move to. In each location you can move the mouse to look around. The only downfall here is that the transitions between loctions are not fully animated. So there is a sudden kind of jump between each position. There is a compass provided that you can use if you find that you are losing your orientation.

PUZZLES

The puzzles are fairly logical in nature, there is a lot of backing and forthing to get them solved. Make full use of the 'speed gates'. Also have some paper handy to make notes of different things that are important.

Once you have completed a level, you are treated to a beautiful transition animation, this is the norm for adventure games.

There is always the hostess available, her inputs are always helpful once you are on the right track.

CONCLUSION

This is not a gun-and-run type of game. It is an adventure game with very beautiful graphics. The designers have quite an imagination, I will hand that to them. It is a very beautiful game, and offers a wonderful experience.

I loved this game! Great graphics and an wonderful Christian story line. The whole atmosphere of this game was so unique and moving- felt much different than any other game I've played. I loved the refreshing Heaven theme and how relaxing it was to just walk around Paradise Island. I thought the "Outer Wall" was very interesting. Makes me think about what Heaven will be like.
A great gift for a anyone who wants to see something about Heaven. Installed easy and shipped great.

I am a crazy gamer and the first and foremost thing I love about this game is the graphics. It kept me captivated from the start and hooked me in for hours. The puzzles are really fun and I was able to get through all the levels after playing with my brother (another game wiz). I think everything from the graphics to the game play was really excellent to go through. So I highly recommend people try it out and I think you'll get just as hooked as me :)

I thought the graphics were fantastic and a great representation of Heaven. The gameplay was excellent, I kept finding myself thinking about this game when I wasn't playing...dying to go back to figure out the next puzzle. I thought the Days of Creation and Lion of revelation levels were very cool and really well done. The interpretations of these levels was along the lines of how I pictured them and it makes it so cool to be able to actually play them. The character animation is pretty impressive too, don't hesitate to get this game.
