1.0 out of 5 stars ERROR!, October 11, 2004
This review is from: Heaven Is So Real! (Paperback)
This book is a counterfeit, a deception, and demonically inspired.

I believe the author speaks the truth. She is experiencing spiritual encounters, but by which spirit? That is the question.

Her Jesus comes to her with a face she cannot see. He has demons peeking out at her from around his head. Her Jesus sends her into convulsions that she calls shakings. The results of these shakings cause her physical, disabling illness. Her Jesus shows her "his children" presently held in a purgtory-type state. "His children" are hopelessly waiting to be sent to hell. He also reveals to her a lake filled with his "filthy, dirty" blood that is intermingled with our sins. (This is in direct opposition to the pure Blood of the Lamb that was demonstrated and foretold through Temple practices and Biblical prophesy.)

Her Jesus has Choo Thomas at his side as he is worshipped by prostrate souls in his throne room; a posture she has no impulse to take herself. He gave her a crown to wear, an event that is yet to happen for all Christians rewarded at the Judgement Seat of Christ at the end of this age.

Choo Thomas elevates herself to the same status as John (who wrote the book of Revelation), Elijah and other prophetic Biblical writers as she, a self proclaimed prophetess, writes her last-days book. She tells us that the reading of her book by Christians everywhere is a necessary and pivital end-time event that must occur in order for last-days prophesy to be fullfilled. Jesus Christ, Himself, waits for Choo Thomas, alone, to set things in motion, single handedly, by the power of her visions, translations, the creation of this book, and her heavenly dance.

Choo Thomas' dance, taught to her by her Jesus, takes her approximately one year to learn and refine. She describes the elaborate, excruciatingly detailed movements she must practice for hours and days and weeks and months. She obsessively masters this dance during a period of isolation where she must memorize the numeric sequence of how many times her wrist twirls, etc., and her Jesus tells her she is being prepared for a final delivery of this phrophetic last-days dance before her church congregation. It must be performed with one hundred percent accuracy. This is her misssion and she must not fail.

Choo Thomas arrives at the appointed church on God's appointed day after being told it must be danced without error in front of these people but no one in church leadership will allow her the dance!

She takes us to a heaven that has the tortured souls and flames of hell within the sight of heaven's inhabitants. Her heaven shows us the "powder rooms" or bathrooms within its castles. Won't we have a glorified body?

This heaven has walls covered with mirrors so she can gaze at her own image after she changes into her heavenly robe and crown. Sadly, the central theme of this book seems to parallel this thought. The glory of this author's last-days exploits overshadows the glory of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords from its beginning to its end. It is difficult to read past the repetitive praises of Choo Thomas to find the Holiness of our God!

Choo Thomas sees her mother, burning in the flames of hell, yet she associates her spiritual visions to that of a gift generationally passed down to her from this same woman. I fear that may be true.

I sincerely pray the ongoing torment this woman is experiencing will soon come to an end. I pray freedom for her mind and healing for her soul. May God's Light of Truth bring peace and deliverance to her.

If you must read this book, I advise you read it carefully.

1.0 out of 5 stars I dont believe that this book is from God, April 11, 2006
By
TJC (Redmond, Washington) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Heaven Is So Real! (Paperback)
While reading this book I was thrown into the worst 1 and a half weeks of my entire life and I'm not being dramatic. The Jesus and Holy Spirit that I know was not the God that I read about in this book. We are suppose to test the spirits with the Bible. I thought that, "okay, if even one thing in this book is wrong I can throw it out as being not from God". If it was "Jesus book" as her Jesus said and that she need not stress over it because it is him writing it through her then, of course, he wouldn't let anything in it be unbiblical. Right?

The Jesus of her book says repeatedly that Christians who do not tithe will go to hell. 2 Corinthians 9:6 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. If it were so important for Christians to give 10% (which is what the word tithe means) why didn't God make sure that there was more about this in the New Testament? Also, one of the Ten Commandments is to honor the Sabbath day, which is Saturday. Most don't do this. Why didn't her Jesus warn of this sin leading to hell also. I thought that all sins were equal. It doesn't add up logically as well as spiritually.

I was thrown into a state of panic. "Who will make it if this is the truth? Not many." I thought. For 1.5 weeks I was incapacitated. I could not function, literally. After 1.5 weeks and searching every book, person and Bible that I could get my hands on, the horrid fear that had crippled me was lifted suddenly while watching a video on the life of Jesus. It wasn't a gradual lifting, it was very sudden. Maybe someone was praying for me at that time. I know that a lot of people were.

I am sad for Choo Thomas and have been praying very, very hard for her. I believe that her heart is in the right place but she is being deceived. The only way that we can know the truth is through the Bible and the Holy Spirit speaking to our hearts. I pray that anyone who reads this book will put it aside after reading and spend time in the Word, pray and listen intently to what the Holy Spirit is saying to your heart about this book. God bless you and see you in heaven!

1.0 out of 5 stars Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God...(1 John 4:1), February 13, 2006
This review is from: Heaven Is So Real! (Paperback)
My wife was reading this book. I felt to look it over after she mentioned a few things in it. 1 John 4:1 tells us, "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world." I told my wife after I reviewed the book that if we are to take Choo Thomas's word that this book is really written by Jesus, thru her, then we can then glue it to the back of our Holy Bible and make another book of our Holy Scriptures. Satan will appear as an angel of light and impersonate the real Christ Jesus to receive glory due to the real Christ Jesus.

The Jesus Choo Thomas is referring to in this book is an imposter -Satan himself! Why did Jesus not have his Apostle John to write about heaven like this in the book of Revelation? Christians are now supposed to believe that God has raised Choo Thomas up as he did his own Apostle's? I guess Jesus did not accomplish everything he needed to do with them! This is dangerous and leaves a Christian open to be swayed by any false prophesy and teaching just because they say it is from God!

Choo believes this encounter is from Jesus because the spirit that spoke to her said he was Jesus -I am not President Bush or anyone else because I say I am! Satan or any demon is not Christ Jesus just because they say they are. Satan would be glad to take the Glory of this even under the name of the real Jesus! How can Choo give such a detailed description of heaven and angels? Because Satan and his demons where there and they saw first hand, heaven and the angels. Choo is taken into a hypnotic trance-like state and this enables demonic influence to communicate to her mind through images of heaven and angels as they know them to really be -since they have been there before they were kicked out! Thats how! Satan is an angel of light because he knows how to imitate the real light! Satan is a master deceiver. I know it all sounds good and people today are itching for a sign and revelation from God. Because of this itching some will fall for the most incredible deceptions. Choo herself has fallen for this great deception. I know it sounds right because she points to Jesus. Does Satan care if people point to Jesus if it is actually him behind the mask. No! He doesn't care. If anyone comes to Christ from her book -then they came to the wrong Christ. The Christ people should come to is the Christ of the Holy Bible -Not Choo Thomas's revelation from a false spirit god! This is why we are warned to "try the spirits" -how do we "try the spirits"? We line up what the spirit is saying against God's Word.

Does God's Word give an indication that even on the day of Pentecost that people were jerking and miracle dancing in some sort of ritual? No it does not! God will not imitate Satanic rituals! But Satan will try to imitate God with adding his demonic rituals in with it. This gives it a good sugar coating to intice poeple to believe it is of God. We can no more listen to the revelation of Choo Thomas over Joseph Smith of the Mormans. The teaching of Joseph Smith sounds good on the surface -So does the revelation of Choo Thomas! Her talent, or Satan's talent, for adding God's Holy Word to her revelation is very enticing for many Christian believers awaiting a new revelation from God.

Choo says that since 1996 that every waking hour is spent with Jesus. She says that her husband has been so understanding or their marriage would not have made it -is this God's intention according to His Word? To take a married woman and seperate her unto Himself! Show a scripture for that! And while you would be looking for a scripture for that look up one that would allow her to overtake the platform of her church despite what the pastor would have to say about it! Also, why did Jesus not tell her His real birthday date? Rather than telling her on Christmas eve that it was his birthday! Does not Jesus realize that Christmas eve is not his real birthday? Why does Jesus not emphasize the resurrection day? The biggest day of the Bible! Are aborted babies really stored naked, side by side, in a warehouse building awaiting their saved mothers to come to heaven and raise them? This is about as hoky as it gets!

I know many will say, "who is he to come against a beautiful sister in Christ". First I am not coming against a beautiful sister in Christ -only against the false doctrine of her book! Trying (testing) the spirits to see whether they are of God (1 John 4:1) shows a clear picture that her "hypnotic trance vision journey" is far from truth. This is not anything less than a Anti-Christ Satanic spirit passing himself off as Jesus to Choo Thomas and anyone else willing to be lead astray from the truth of God's Word by this so called new revelation from an imposter Jesus. I may only be a voice crying out in the wilderness of cyber world -but so be it! Amen and Amen!

1.0 out of 5 stars Not consistent with many of the others I've read, not to mention the Bible, November 12, 2006
By
I have been greatly encouraged by reading numerous accounts of people who have either clinically died & went to heaven before being resuscitated, or who were caught up to heaven either bodily or in the spirit.

Of the 18 or so books that I have read, this is one of two or three that leave me at least some what unsettled. I am not among those "Bible Answer Man" types who contentiously & flatly reject any & all spiritual encounters, even though the Bible speaks of them as being equally as relevant today as they were 2000 years ago, while condemning all Charismatic & Pentecostal believers to hell as heretics for believing that God still speaks by his Spirit through revelations, dreams, visions & prophecy, & not just the written Word. After all, the Bible itself speaks of these gifts. But I am also not the type of sap who thinks that anything that comes in the name of being a gift of the Spirit or Divine encounter or revelation just has to be God, no questions asked.

In addition, I won't just arbitrarily believe them any more just because the minister or ministers who wrote the forward happen to be people like David "Paul Yongi" Cho, Benny Hinn or his wife, just because they are often correct in their analysis & are anointed men & women of God.

First off, this supposed encounter is not entirely consistent with my understanding of what the Bible says, nor is it consistent with the 13 or 14 other books that seem to be much more credible.

Paul speaks of Divine encounters which are genuine, & he also warns of those which are fabricated by those who want a forum to be recognized as spiritually important individuals without having the certain genuine experiences that they claim they have had. Not to say that I know for sure, but if I were to guess, this would fall into the second category.

It would stand to reason that there would be vast similarities & consistencies between all the genuine accounts, whereas "The Heavens Opened"-Rountree, & "Heaven is so Real"-Thomas, actually seemed to illustrate numerous contradictions while the story's landscape possessed few similarities, with the exception that they are all at least supposed to be referring to the same place. The numerous other apparently credible accounts conversely possessed no contradictions, not only with each other, but with the Bible.

Every other account possessed no instance of death, ageing or decay, & several even mentioned that death, ageing & decay do not exist in Heaven. There is at least one account in each of these books of death (frying a fish to eat in Thomas' "Heaven is so Real,") & ageing & decay (in Rountree's "The Heavens Opened," an older balding angel). In all of the other books, no living thing was ever killed, & all the angels & humans appeared youthful, with the physical features of that of a thirty year old or younger. Even those who died in their elderly years on earth regained their youthfulness when they went to heaven. Every one had a full head of hair, & balding would have been considered a form of decay. This distinction is also consistent with the Bible, which says that "mortal shall put on immortality, corruption shall put on in-corruption & death shall be swallowed up in victory," (I Cor. 15:54-56) & "there shall be no more death, for the former things have passed away" (Rev. 21:4). These references are referring to the inheritance of the Saints in the Kingdom of Heaven, as well as the age to come.

Here is a list of books & material on Heaven that I have read or reviewed, some of which I think are credible, some which have left me unsettled, & some which I just have to leave with a question mark.

Unsettling: The Heavens Opened-Anna Rountree / Heaven is So Real-Choo Thomas

Credible: Intra Muros, Within the Gates-Rebecca Ruter Springer / Paradise, the Holy City & the Glory of the Throne-Elwood Scott / Visions Beyond the Veil-H.A. Baker / I Died & Went to Heaven-Gary Wood / 90 Minutes in Heaven-Don Piper / Scenes beyond the Grave-Marietta Davis & Gordon Lindsay / 6 Big Big Big Angels-Mary Jo Pennington / Heaven, Close Encounters of the God Kind-Jesse DuPlantis / My Glimpse of Eternity-Betty Maltz / Beyond Death's Door-Maurice Rawlings / Angels Watching Over Me-Betty Malz / My Decent Into Death-Howard Storm / Heaven: An Out of Body Adventure-Jack & Rexella Van Impe (DVD) / A Glimpse of Eternity-Ian McCormick (VHS) / Voices from the Edge of Eternity-Thea Carter & Tommy Bates with Perry Stone (DVD) / The Mystery of Paradise-Curtis "Earthquake" Kelley with Perry Stone (DVD) / What Jesus Revealed About Death-Walter Hallam with Perry Stone (DVD) / Questions About Heaven & Paradise-Walter Hallam & Fred Stone with Perry Stone (DVD) / More Secrets of Paradise-Curtis "Earthquake" Kelley & Walter Hallam with Perry Stone (DVD)

Question Mark: A Divine Revelation of Heaven-Mary K Baxter (I would be more inclined to put this in the "Credible" list, but certain things about it left me unsure) / Home is Where the Throne Is-Wayne C. Anderson (Same) / I Saw Heaven-Roberts Lairdon / Caught Up into Paradise-Richard E. Eby (If for no other reason than the Lord did not return for His Bride before the author passed away, which is what he said the Lord told him. There could be extenuating circumstances & reasons consistent with the Bible for this, such as the vessel's disobedience, God extending time because of the prayers &/or repentance of His people, His mercy, as with Jonah & the people of Nineveh, etc., but I am only speculating.)

Overall, I would not classify this as a genuine eye-witness account of Heaven. I'll admit I could be wrong. I am sure the author is a true believer, but there seemed to be way too much emphasis on her importance & position in God's Kingdom in comparison to the other books that I thought were credible. In the other accounts, there seemed to be much more humility on the part of the author & consistency with Scripture. There were also some bizarre accounts that went way beyond Heavenly & supernatural to extremely weird & far-fetched.

1.0 out of 5 stars Puzzling book, June 27, 2006
By
This review is from: Heaven Is So Real! (Paperback)
I am usually pretty open minded so I was surprised that my heart felt so heavy while reading this. It is too much for me to fathom that The Lord would have (supposedly) aborted babies stored in a huge room. The author writes, "It was a huge room, like a warehouse and wasn't fancy or pretty. It was filled with babies who were naked and lying close to one another." (Page #38) God loves children- and all of us, so much. I cannot imagine a sort of "stock pile of naked babies"- especially among beautiful robes, jeweled crowns, elegant powder rooms and a staircase described like the one in "Gone With The Wind." I really struggled with the author supposedly seeing her mother, father, step-mother, a close friend who died ten years before, and her nephew in the pit of Hell. Could The Lord be so cruel to subject the author to seeing her loved ones suffer in such a way? On Page #72, The Lord said, "This is the last time I will bring you to The Kingdom and I will not wake you up anymore." Yet, He continued to repeatedly do so. Would The Lord lie? This book makes it sound nearly impossible to enter Heaven. God forgives sin. Where is God's grace? A well known, respected Evangelist believes, if need be, The Lord will walk people from the Gates of Hell to Heaven. Yes, The Lord truly wants us there so bad. Whatever happened to "He who believeth and is baptized, shall be saved?" I give Choo Thomas credit for her courage in writing a book that she had to know people would dispute. Still, I find this book to be disturbing. I am thankful for my blessing of discernment. I will continue to read the one and only book I need- The Bible.

By

(REAL NAME)
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Heaven Is So Real! (Paperback)
As a pastor, prison chaplain, and Pentecostal, I approached this work with a mixture of skepticism and anticipation. I looked for signs of true inspiration, and yet was alert for manipulation and opinion-masked-as-revelation. I read in this "double-minded" manner for fifty pages or so, and then tumbled upon a section that came through to me with such Holy Ghost anointing that I cast aside my doubts and prayed, "Lord, speak to me through this last day revelation!"

The passage contained a vision of the pit of hell. Many have claimed such visions, but never have I read such a frank, heart-wrending description. Thomas tells of seeing her own beloved mother in that pit! I was dumbfounded, and humbled. I saw the broken heart of God, and was awakened to the urgency of the time in which we live.

The honesty and pain of this glimpse into hades so gripped me that I shared it this past Sunday three times. First, with my adult Sunday School class, then with a group of male prisoners, and finally with a group of female inmates. In each case, as I read of this mother in hell, there were gasps. Usually, when ministers read from the pulpit, we limit ourselves to a short paragraph. I read nearly two pages of her book, and was met with silence and amazement. Each time I read, I felt such an anointing.

I dare not rate this book on its style, plot, or any other such "objective" standards. This book claims to be an account of visions from God. I believe it is and encourage believers see what God says about heaven, hell, the importance of our witness, and of holy living in these last days.

Thank you Choo Thomas for your sacrificial and humble obedience to an extradinarily difficult calling!

1.0 out of 5 stars Another Jesus?, October 13, 2004
By
Barb ;-) (Edmonton, Canada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Heaven Is So Real! (Paperback)
My pastor bought a several of these books to sell in our Pentecostal church. I read it and believe that this woman has had spiritual experiences, but from `another Jesus'.
She never tested the spirit of Jesus that came to her at the start. She just was told that he'd come to her every Monday for her trips to heaven.
Her Jesus told her that Christians that don't tithe won't make heaven.
He told her that her husband would serve him through her.
She would be getting a beautiful luxurious house and new car, and building a church. As for mansions in heaven, not every one will live in mansions like her heavenly one, because those ones are for very special children. It seemed that every few pages she was authenticating herself through these quotes from her Jesus -
"Daughter, you are a perfectly made vessel"
"My daughter, you are an End-Times prophetess, and you are living proof of My Word and My prophecies."
"You are ordained by your Lord"
"Sweetheart, you are My very special daughter in this last day."
"Now you could stand before millions, for you are perfectly trained."
"Even if you don't want to do this work, you have to do so, because I have chosen you to be an End- Time prophetess."
"..you have passed your test by scoring more than 100 percent."
It definitely comes across as if she is elevating herself through the whole book.
She talks about how she was writing the book like John wrote Revelation.

She also has a crucifixion experience where she claims to actually have felt some of the Lord's sufferings. She goes through a series of unlocking ceremonies where the Lord unlocks parts of her body to use. He calls this body-work. Someone show me that in Scripture!

The part that really disturbed me was the representation of the blood of Christ as follows-
"We sat down on the sand near the edge of the ocean. As the waves ebbed and flowed in front of us, an amazing thing happened. The edge of the water turned to blood. A dark red, foaming surf surged in front of us. It seemed as if the blood was filthy, and I asked, "Why is the blood so dirty?" "It is My blood, Choo Nam," He said. `It has washed away all the sins of My children.' "

Then it continues...
"We walked by the river where the tunnel is that I saw before, and I saw the river turn to blood. Jesus pointed out, `That is My blood- the blood I shed for My children.' "

Scripture teaches that the blood of Christ was brought into the tabernacle in heaven and put on the mercy seat as the offering for our sins. His Priestly ministry took place within the Heavenly Tabernacle as taught in Hebrews - particularly chapter 9. The blood has never been shown to be washing up on the ocean beach, or in a river. The most disturbing thing to me is the suggestion that the blood of Christ can be made dirty through soaking up the sins of everyone. She didn't say her book was supposed to be a representation of something like a parable, but said that everything she wrote were the exact words of Jesus to her.
Scripture says about sin -
Isa 43:25 I, [even] I, [am] he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
Hbr 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
Psa 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, [so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Mic 7:19 He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

If God's Word is true, then our sins won't be washing up on some beach somewhere in the foam of dirty blood. Blotting out means to completely destroy, and make no record of it. Search it out yourself.

Scripture tells us about the sea and rivers in heaven. They are clean and crystal clear, not full of dirty blood.
Rev 4:6 And before the throne [there was] a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, [were] four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Rev 22:1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

The only time that blood is in the waters in Scripture is when it is as plagues, bringing corruption and death on the earth. This is not the blood of Christ.

Rev 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead [man]: and every living soul died in the sea.
Rev 16:4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

Aside from the amusement of stained glass windows on the powerboats, and the electric start BBQ's, Choo's version of Heaven is quite boring. I believe that the Great Creator of the universe can do quite a bit better than that. She doesn't even mention the Heavenly Jerusalem. At best, her descriptions of the mansions are like earthly castles, carpeted and having cherry wood furnishings...powder rooms - PLEASE!!. She even talks about one of the streets being like the yellowbrick road in The Wizard of Oz. and a stairway being like the one in Gone with the Wind. Oh yes, there is a mountain called Animal Mountain where - you guessed it - the animals are.
It is my opinion that this book will be a big moneymaker for both her and the church she is attending. Her Jesus told her that the platform belongs to her, and the world is hers. I believe she is very honest and sincere about her experience, but what this Jesus told her doesn't line up with the Word. I can't accept this book as being valid.
If you are reading this book, please don't be caught up in the spectacular, but take what she says and find Scripture to back it up. You won't find it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Sadly, not of God ............. zero stars, May 7, 2006
Indicators that this is not of God:

1. Though works are important, they are emphasised in this book over grace.

2. All those who do not tithe 10% of their income are condemned to hell. This is stated more than once in the book. RIDICULOUS! (This is reducing Almighty God to the level of a malicious tax collector).

3. Jesus gives Choo a revelation of her own mother suffering in hell (someone unrelated would have been enough - the real Jesus would not be so cruel to give a revelation of a loved one like that).

3. In heaven, Jesus catches a live fish then COOKS it in an oven which opens up after pressing a button. Jesus causes a fish to DIE so that Choo can eat it? There is NO DEATH in heaven - VERY ODD to say the least.

4. "Powder rooms" and numerous mirrors in heaven - surely we don't need to apply powder and check our clothes are looking right in heaven! This doesn't feel right at all.

5. Bodywork performed on Choo by Jesus involves LEVITATION (she says he often raised and lowered her body forty-nine times a night) as well as extreme pain and exhaustion causing her to DOUBT if the source of her revelations (as nice overall, that they seemed) were from God - she states her doubts in the book herself.

With all due respect, while Choo seems humble and sincere, this does not necessarily protect her from demonic influence - there are many seemingly humble people involved in the occult.

If you MUST read this book by loaning it, ask someone with the gift of discernment to read it before you do. You are certainly better not to waste your money on it and instead pray for Choo, who I am sure is likely a very sincere Christian woman but who really does need to be set free from something that is not of God. Please join me in prayer.

1.0 out of 5 stars Why is this book misleading you and how does it work?, December 31, 2005
By
This review is from: Heaven Is So Real! (Paperback)
This book gives you the feeling of a book written by a lady who dearly loves Jesus and probably see wants to do so.
Also it gives you the feeling that it calls you to do the same.
And to make it even more realistic it describes what happens to persons who do not accept Jesus in there lives.
The first reaction is: This book can only be written by a person who is led by the Holy Gost. It is impossible that a person who emphasises so on a life centred on Jesus can be misled by the enemy, satan.
Satan never set people up to follow Jesus. And this book does this a lot. Why is Choo Thomas then stil misled by the angle of light. What is the goal which is to be achieved by this book.

First of all, this book will be mostly red by people who are expecting their Lord soon. People who are allready following Jesus and want to live holy.
But there are a number of items in the book which makes this dangerous. And all of these facts are mentioned only as remarks. But if this is really a book of Jesus than people ought to follow this:

- Holy laughter, it looks as something of the Holy Gost, but why does it have to be in the sermon and does it disturb the worship to God. Why does it focus the attention to the person himself. My suggestion: Do not follow this example which is entering a lot of churches nowadays!
- Miracle dans. There is no miracle with devine authority mentioned in the book. There is only a lot of focus on the dans itself. If the dans is not from God it can very well be a spiritual dans allowing demons to influence church members. The pastor who asked her to stop did the right thing, I think. The warning see puts in the book towards the pastor is close to manipulation. No call for prayers for this pastor!!!!!
- The singing of Choo Thomas does give me a very bad feeling. It doesn't bring me closer to God, the opposite is true. What is the background of this singing. Holy Gost or demonic?
- Miracles: The book says that every promis is fullfilled. The promis of miracles is fullfilled be miracles on Choo Thomas. Miracles which looks like demonic attacks which disappear when see is in the chruch neeling down.
- The shaking of the body can not be found in the bible as an effect of the Holy Gost. It can be found however as demonic in all kind of forms. Excepting all kind of effects as coming from the Holy Gost can put the door open for all kind of demonic manufestations in the church.
- The spiritual body cannot be found in the bible, also not for revelations. It can be found however as getting out of the body with persons under a lot of demonic influence. Is this an invitation to churchemembers who really want to see Jesus to do the same?
- The blood of Jesus has a lot of power to clean us. In the book however it is mentioned as dirty and filthy. Useless. It looks good to describe that it is full of the sinns. But it doesn't mention the power to clean us which is in the blood.
- The book mentiones christmas as THE most important day. Easter is not mentioned, why is this? That was the most important day.
- The book mentiones the identification with Jesus in the form of a cross. Not with Jesus who died for us ON the cross.
- The book calls for lots of prayer. And praying is real good. But it cannot be earned by praying at least four times a day. It leads you to a live of hard working, praying, telling the gospel with the hell as main warning instead of the love of christ as the centre of the gospel.
- Also it does not focus on the cross in our life. To become as cristal clear in your heart as Choo Thomas describes in the book there is only one way: giving your life to Jesus your saviour, bring all of your old life to the cross, follow the Holy Gost. Becoming holy by doing good things is impossible. When you become holy you are going to do the good things as a result of that, not the opposit.

Probably there is more.
This book looks very good and promising.
It tells a lot of things which are true.
But if you really accept that this book is from Jesus than it opens the door for you to a number of wrong influences:

- Holy laughter
- Miracle dance (what is the influence)
- Doing lots of good works to get saved instead of because you are saved
- Missing the cross in your life
- The singing of Choo Thomas (what is the influence)
- Focus on Choo Thomas instead of on Jesus
- A lady coupled on the website thinks 2007 will be the year!

We have to expect the Lord coming back every day.
We are called to be holy (by the Holy Gost)
Jesus really loves us very much.
We have to pray for Choo Thomas and all the people who are misled by her book.
We have to warn people actively for the side-effects of this book.
Jesus warns us that there will be lots of false christs coming.
As shown by this book this will not only be persons but also demons who acts like Jesus.
At first hand this book looks to bring you closer to Jesus.
At second hand, if you follow everything it will have the opposite effect.

This review is from: Heaven Is So Real! (Paperback)
I would not recommend this book at all. I do not question the fact that the author had said experiences. She probably did have supernatural encounters, but I could not get a witness in my spirit that the "Jesus" that came to her was Jesus of Nazareth the only begotten Son of God. It was hard for me to read this book and keep any kind of peace in my heart. This is normally a check from the Holy Spirit that something is amiss. One fact, among many, that is a red flag, has to do with how she recieved all her revelations. She said that her body would shake uncontrollably for twenty minutes or longer each time "Jesus" entered her room and led her to these revelations. If you will study Mohommed's life you will discover that he too would fall to the ground and shake uncontrollably before each divine revelation he recieved. Should we not connect the dots here? For the Bible says that many spirits have been sent out into the world and they will try to decieve even the elect. Be careful how you hear!
