I think I have read all of Jason Krumbine's books now. This is my favorite. I enjoy the wit and banter of his Alex Cheradon mysteries and his Rupert and Me comic strip. But this book is dark and serious, classic good and evil battle, with a cosmic backdrop and a curious twist. I was fascinated by his premise of multiple creations of earth, each starting the same, each with a different result. Teens through adults will enjoy it.

Very interesting book. This was my first time reading this author's work, and I found it very enjoyable. A mix of religious and contemporary storylines, against a backdrop of an earth slightly different than our own. How things could be possibly with a few changes? Truly inspiring characters with good vs. evil overtones. Highly recommended.

My favorite thing about this book was the extremely creative story in it, with the different earths and all of that it was pretty crazy. It like made me think, oh crap were gonna have all that public execution stuff soon, that might just be the conspiracy theorist in me. But very cool book.
