This is a duplicate listing for Basic Industries International 77701 Crusher Model Aluminum Can Crusher with a super high shipping fee. I found this while searching for another BIN crusher to use in my shop. The crusher is very sturdy and worth the few extra dollars, rather than wasting money on a crusher that breaks after a few cnas.

I've only used 3 different crushers, but this one is no doubt the most durable. Used daily and often by adolescent students, it is quite tough.

I bought "The Crusher" and the "Easy Pull" and the Easy Pull out performs The Crusher easily. I thought I would buy The Crusher and mount it outside, since it is steel and we have cold sometimes sub zero winters here (I was worried the Easy Pull may crack outside). I am constantly having problems with The Crusher spitting the can back out at me and not crushing the can uniformly. The Crusher also does not have an automatic eject feature which the Easy Pull does. I still don't know how the Easy Pull would do in very cold temperatures (I have it mounted in the garage, and the coldest it has been in there is lower 30's) but if you are going to use it in above freezing temps I would definitely choose The Easy Pull.

Great product My wife at 98 lbs can easly pull the handle down. Don't get cheap, buy this steel crusher. You won't regreat it.

Works as advertised. All metal. Sturdy. Gets the job done easily and efficiently. Keep it lubricated and it should last forever.

I just bought my second "The Crusher" in 30 years. The new one is identical to the old one from the cushioned handle to the main hinge points to the pattern of the mounting screw holes. I needed to buy a replacement because, after thousands of crushed cans, the hinge points are wearing through. It might have another 5-10 years of use, but why wait -- I'm not getting any younger?

For those having problems with "The Crusher," try squeezing dimples into the sides of the cans before trying to crush them. This was in the original instructions as well as in the new copy of the instructions. Dimples are where the cans will begin to collapse, and less initial pressure will be required. I just insert the can into place, then tap it in the middle with my finger tips, to indent it, and pull the handle down.

My new one will probably outlive me.

I had one of these and it lasted 10+ years under very heavy use. Am now getting a replacement and hope to get similar use.

Got it for crushing cans at work, it's a great deal and really works for what i got it for.

This is a very sturdy can crusher. I use it throughout the day and have had no problems with it.
