New Heavy Duty Garden Rolling Work Seat With Tool Tray Cart

I am really enjoying the garden cart. The seat is roomy and comfortable. the cart is heavy duty, perfect height, adequate storage. My only complaint was when I received it, there were no instructions included. I called the company, left a message, but received no response. I cdn't figure out how to put it together, but my husband figured it out without the instructions.

The retailer from which I ordered this product has been great so far in terms of customer service, shipping speed and being accessible to resolve problems. However, they only process the orders; it turns out the manufacturer fulfills and ships the orders directly from their inventory. I hold the manufacturer responsible, not the retailer, as this was out of the retailer's control.

The product itself looks like a wonderful idea and a very practical gift for someone who does a lot of landscaping/gardening, but quality control is obviously nonexistent. The product came double-boxed, with the outside box in pristine condition when it arrived. The inner box, however, looked like it had been hit by a truck a few times. When I opened the item to inspect the parts, I discovered several of them were dented and chipped beyond use. The assembly manual had been ripped in half. All of the hardware needed to put this thing together was missing.

It is very clear by the condition of the outer box that this did not occur in transit; someone knowingly boxed up a damaged product and sent it to me. Completely unacceptable and irresponsible.

This cart is too dificult to move around easily. You have to stand up, move the cart into position, sit down, weed, etc. and then do it all over again. Great idea, but needs lots of modifications to make it easy to use.

Was not the easiest to put together but able to accomplish in about an hour. What struck me was the horreficly strong oder of chemicals this thing has. My god,Could gag a maggot. lol I had to put it together outside! I think it will work great. Hope it doesnt stink like this for ever.

In addition to being a rolling work seat, this is a puzzle. You have to be a puzzle master and a shade tree mechanic to assemble it. Remember assembling the bicycle under the Xmas tree at 2am on Xmas morning? This is worse. Everything is heavy duty about this rolling work seat except the mounting system for the tool tray... pretty flimsy, but I guess it'll work. Sarcasm aside, be aware that there is quite a bit of assembly required and the instructions are not at all clear. Other than that, this is very sturdy and very servicealbe. I like it.

This cart is one of the best purchases I have even gotten. It is a great back saver and so easy to put together and very sturdy!

Directions to put together not real clear, but got it together. The hardware was not included with seat so the company gave me a $10 credit. Little difficult to steer but the tires are wide enough to stay where you want to sit. I would purchase again, I love my little seat.

This item is exactly what I wanted/needed. There was a little tweeking that had to be done with the steering as it looks like the factory has the mechanism put together backwards, once we dismantled the cross bar area so that it faced forward put the wheels back on it works well. I put a strap on the steering column so I could move it to different areas more easily.

Shipping was ahead of schedule. I was really impressed. I am enjoying working in my yard with this ROLLING WORK SEAT.
