Never a jam or tug when you slide back and forth your curtain. They are smooth on any surface. I have both a single curved rod and a standard shower rod with the extention so it has a bump in the middle and they glide smooth over both.

Loved these rings (classy; stylish) especially with my new Crescent Shower rod (a lovely curved rod that actually gives you more room in the tub!)... Nice nickel finish that compliments the satin nickel accessories in the new bathrooms. They really dress up the look - being a designer, these "minor" details truly add up! I recommend this product with enthusiasm!

When a product receives high reviews and is listed as manufactured by "the Clipperton Company" and then the product that arrives looks identical -- yet does not have the same product information and instead is generic, it calls into question if this is the same quality that is receiving rave reviews or not.

The shower curtain rings that arrived said 'made expressly for Bed Bath & Beyond' on the label and had no further information. If I wanted BB&B shower curtain rings I would have gone to that store. Now I am stuck with them and a bit curious because 'heavy duty' seems very light duty and the circumference does not match the standard size of a shower rod, so that the roller balls do not all make contact -- which in turn causes the rings to stick instead of glide, when attempting to open & close the shower curtain. What to do except write a review?

A product that ships should be the same as the product that is listed. Otherwise to me this is not an equal exchange, because what is received is not what was ordered. This is my customer complaint. Images of scanned label above. It would be interesting to know if this is the product others have received and rate highly.

UPDATE: the images I uploaded of the generic labeling (product not by Clipperton) were removed by Amazon - if the product that ships is not made by Clipperton then it should not be sold as such. This is unethical and misleading. It is disconcerting that the images have been removed. The two star review is now having another star removed for this, in response.

These roller rings are wonderful. No more tugging and pulling on the curtain to move it and finally no more broken hooks from all the tugging and pulling...

I was always annoyed by having to keep tugging the shower curtain little by little over the rod to open or close it. It also seemed like I had to replace my shower curtain hangers frequently for one reason or another.

This is a great invention because it makes the curtain slide along the rod with one easy pull, and these clips don't wear out or break. I've had mine for maybe 8 years.

A huge plus is that a vinyl shower curtain lasts much longer when used with these clips because you don't pull on it with so much force or keep tugging at it. (I also only buy vinyl shower curtains with the metal grommets, so that helps, too.)

These rings are well-made and work great. Much smoother sliding than the old plastic hooks or metal rings with no rollers.
Based on the description, they are made of chrome-plated brass so should never rust. I checked this with a small magnet so I can at least verify that they are not plated steel, which tends to rust over time.

Since these rings are top-heavy, it can be a little frustrating when first attaching the shower curtain since the rings keep flipping upside down. But all is fine once the weight of the curtain is holding them right-side up. If you lift up on the curtain, some of the rings may again flip upside down.

There is about 1-1/2" measured vertically between the bottom edge of the shower rod and the bottom bend in the rings. This is the approximate amount of vertical space you have inside the rings for hanging your shower curtain. Some fancy curtains with over-sized grommets or a lot of material between the grommets and the top edge of the curtain may not fit (will drag on the shower rod), but most standard curtains should be fine.

As an added bonus, based on a little research, it appears that these rings might actually be made in the USA.

These rings are great. They slide smoothly & are much easier to hang my shower curtain with (no fighting with shower curtain & having it falling off the rod) . They also look great. These will be the only kind of rings I buy from now on.

Yep, I've been lured into buying the so called "decorative" rings and I can honestly say...never again! These roller ball rings are SO MUCH BETTER!!! They glide across the rod and don't get stuck like those other ones always did! These are pretty too, and look great with a silver shower rod! I highly recommend them!!

It's a little noisy sometimes when you open/close the curtains/liners, since the shower rod is metal, and so are these hooks (so it makes the metal-on-metal sound when you open/close fast). But thats expected. These work great, easy to install, will last pretty much forever, and look good too!

These are the greatest things. I will put these in our new home. These work so well. Thank you.
