The directions are absolutely terrible. Luckily, I know how to use the nuts and bolts. The shipping was very expensive!! One of the wheels lost four small ball bearings and I don't think they can be put back in. If it is that difficult (missing parts, anything else is broken) I am going to be sending it back to get a full refund and shipping refund as well.

Heavy duty rolling parts cart-Good product for the price. However, assembly instructions are not usable, a large (yellow) bin arrived broken and some hardware missing.
