I ordered the toy watch and I love it in the box. However, the Toywatch company has very poor customer service. They mistakenly left the sizing tool out of my order, and I have e-mailed them for two weeks and called several times and have yet to get a response or tool. They told me they would send one three weeks ago and nothing yet. So with this in mind, and the cost of the watch, I would advise if you wish to wear your watch perhaps get one elsewhere.
