When I bought this Armband for the iTouch, I thought because it said "Heavy Duty Sport Workout", it would've been adjustable to my mediocre arm size. I'm not too large of a guy, only been working out for 3 months, but I was very disappointed that the armband only adjusts up to roughly 16". I even slid the arm band up above the bicep and below the bicep, and it still was a VERY tight fit. I had marks on my arm leftover only after wearing it for an hour or so, but I wasn't wearing it while working out. As most people know, your muscles swell during workout, so there's no way I can wear this armband when I workout. Let alone all the reps you have to do that involve flexing your biceps which would make it very uncomfortable and possibly decrease blood flow to your lower arm. Also, when I got this fresh out of the package, it definitely said "For the iTouch 8GB, 16GB", but there was no hole for the headphone jack. So I had to cut my own. There was a hole for the camera lens (iPhone), so I wonder if they sent me the wrong package. I'm very disappointed in my purchase and will need to buy another armband very soon.

Bottom line: Don't buy this armband if you plan on going to the gym longer than 4 months, if you are a male, or if you enjoy quality made products.

It works, but it doesn't look so good... it is easy to use but not so secure. I still use my NEW SPORT GYM ARMBAND CASE COVER BLACK FOR IPHONE 3G by Eforcity, it is better for me...
