5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Buy
This shower curtain liner is definitely one of the better ones on the market. It has suction cups on both ends that stick to the wall to prevent any water from seeping out of the sides. No more water on the floor, and no more smelly mildew. It may cost a few extra bucks, but it is well worth it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Curtain Okay, but suction cups don't work well
The shower curtain itself is fine. Have not used it long enough to know if the "no-mildew" claim will hold up. But, I am disappointed that the suction cups don't work well - they seem to adhere only once in a while. I specifically selected a curtain with the suction cups as our shower configuration makes it necessary to completely close the curtain to avoid spray...

5.0 out of 5 stars BUY THIS PRODUCT!, May 14, 2008
This review is from: Heavyweight Mildew-Resistant Watergard Shower Curtain Liner- White (Misc.)
Ok, I live in the Pacific NW, and mold/mildew are HUGE problems in any bathroom. I bought this shower curtain with high hopes, and have not beem let down. I had to buy 2 because I have an old clawfoot bathtub, and they have both held up fabulously. 6 months later and they still look like new. Absolutely worth the money and I would buy again in a heart beat.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice, Heavy Duty Liner, July 15, 2008
This review is from: Heavyweight Mildew-Resistant Watergard Shower Curtain Liner- White (Misc.)
I was so sick and tired of cheap, thin liners that didn't last any time at all until they would rip and fall apart....and these were the so called "premium" liners! So I decided to purchase this one and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased!!! It's by far the thickest, nicest liner I've ever seen. It's even reinforced at the top where the grommets are, so it won't rip like those other ones did! I highly recommend it!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Shower Curtain I've Ever Owned, September 27, 2010
This review is from: Heavyweight Mildew-Resistant Watergard Shower Curtain Liner- White (Misc.)
This truly is the best shower curtain I have ever owned. I bought the identical curtain 6 years ago (Waterguard Shower Curtain - Frosty) and it really held up to its word. It is a strong curtain, which stays in place, and it definitely does not mildew. It also fits my bathroom perfectly (shower and tub in one). My curtain saw a lot of use. I needed a new one, not because the other wore out, but because serious hard water stains set in that I could not remove. I believe that I am at fault there, because for 5 years I had no problem. I used a rather abraisive cleanser on the curtain and it seems to have damaged the surface, allowing the hard water stains to set in.

A word of caution to those of you who have sensitivity to the smell of new plastics. This curtain does have a significant amount of "outgassing" at the beginning. With my newest purchase, I hung it up on a clothesline in an empty bedroom for a couple of days (outdoors is great too), then hung it in the bathroom. We've had no problem with odor.

I highly recommend this curtain. Take good care of it (clean it only as directed) and it will last you many years.

4.0 out of 5 stars Better than what I've found in local stores, July 21, 2011

While I haven't had this shower curtain long enough to know how the mildew resistance will hold up, the suction cups work well and it seems relatively sturdy. I did think it would be a bit heavier, but still fine. When shipped, the package was cut open to stick an invoice/packing slip in the package it self. I would have preferred it arrived sealed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fine product, June 28, 2010

For my money, this is is the best liner out there. I have tried others and this liner, while more expensive than others, really keeps the mildew away. Highly recommended!

The shower curtain itself is fine. Have not used it long enough to know if the "no-mildew" claim will hold up. But, I am disappointed that the suction cups don't work well - they seem to adhere only once in a while. I specifically selected a curtain with the suction cups as our shower configuration makes it necessary to completely close the curtain to avoid spray escaping. I have had other curtains whose suction cups work fine. Not sure if it is just this particular curtain or if the design is just bad overall. Will try another brand next time.
