CABEZAS DE CERA, a current Mexican trio, presents an exciting mixture of Progressive rock. Mixing together influences from jazz-rock, Rock In Opposition and world music. The musicians themselves cite several varied sources including KING CRIMSON (Chapman Stick included), Dave MATTHEWS BAND, Miles DAVIS, John COLTRANE and Pat METHENY. The group proposes to give its audience a truly personal sound which can not be confused with that of any other group. "...Un Segundo" is their second production as a group and was recorded during the year 2002. As time passed by, the "Candle-wax heads" took a new dimension, becoming one of the major attractions in the genre.
