These work OK, but I probably wouldn't buy them again. The partial circle is a good idea, but it doesn't quite work. You need to be by a wall or other vertical support or the pillow doesn't provide enough support. I would but the horseshoe shaped ones next time.
The quality is good. I've had them over 5 years and they get used 4-5 times each year. No leaks or other wear at all. The cover is very comfortable. It can be difficult to get the right firmness, but only because it's tricky to get the plug in the air hole before too much air leaks out.

I had a Hed Bed Inflatable Travel Pillow before this one and had used it for several years. This pillow seems much more comfortable than most travel pillows. I have used it on planes, long car trips, etc. Because of the inflatable inside you can deflate and easily store it in your purse or carry on bag. I had tried other inflatable travel pillows, but could not find one as comfortable as the Hed Bed. I finally decided to order online and am so glad I did. I highly recommend this for any type of travel.

The design is comfortable and more versatile than the U-shaped pillows, but don't buy one expecting it to last. The first one I bought had a leak along a seam. I exchanged it at the store. The next one developed a leak, also along a seam, after about 6 months. I was able to fix it by slathering on Crazy Glue. About 18 months later, lo and behold, there is yet another leak along a different seam. I couldn't fix this one satisfactorily. I would probably buy one again just because I like the design, but i wish they were made less cheaply.
